Claims (7)

  1. Feuille de matrice pour un outil à découper pour la fabrication de flans de cartonnages, laquelle feuille de matrice peut être collée sur une plaque porte-outil (5) sensiblement rigide à la flexion et comporte une couche (2) qui est tournée vers un poinçon d'un outil à découper et sur la face supérieure de laquelle peuvent être fraisées des encoches (4), la feuille de matrice étant réalisée sous forme de plaque composite (3) dans laquelle la couche (2), tournée vers un poinçon, est appliquée sur une feuille de support (1) pouvant être collée de manière détachable sur la plaque porte-outil (5),
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'un fond des encoches (4) fraisées dans la feuille de matrice est formé par la feuille de support (1) tandis que les bords latéraux des encoches sont formés par la couche (2) appliquée sur ladite feuille.
  2. Feuille de matrice selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce
    que la feuille de support (1) est fabriquée en polyester.
  3. Feuille de matrice selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce
    que la couche (2) est fabriquée en plaques de carton-phénolique.
  4. Feuille de matrice selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce
    que les plaques de carton-phénolique comportent des insertions de tissu.
  5. Feuille de matrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce
    que la feuille de support (1) peut être reliée de manière détachable à la plaque porte-outil (5) par une couche de colle autocollante sur les deux faces.
  6. Feuille de matrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce
    que la feuille de support (1) est pourvue sur une face d'une couche de colle sur laquelle est appliquée la couche (2).
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'une matrice par utilisation d'une feuille de matrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, pour un outil à découper pour la fabrication de flans de cartonnages dans lequel,
    a) une plaque porte-outil (5) et/ou la face, tournée à l'opposé d'un poinçon, de la feuille de matrice est/sont pourvue(s) d'une couche de colle autocollante sur les deux faces,
    b) la feuille de matrice (2) est appliquée de manière détachable sur la plaque porte-outil, sur la face tournée à l'opposé du poinçon, et
    c) des encoches (4) sont fraisées en fonction du poinçon dans la face supérieure de la feuille de matrice, le fond des encoches (4) étant formé par la feuille de support (1) tandis que les bords latéraux des encoches sont formés par la couche (2) appliquée sur ladite feuille.
