Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement for the production of pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic ointments, creams, gels or emulsions with or without the addition of solid components in one with a lid closable mixing vessel with an electric motor via a drive shaft that can be driven through a central opening in the cover Mixing tool with elastic blades, the outer areas Have end faces that rotate on the inner surface of the mixing vessel issue.
  • recipe mixes of fats and gels with others Liquids, with or without the addition of solid components, in general triturated by hand in a so-called ointment mortar using a pestle and mixed.
  • Ointment mortars are wide-open vessels with unhindered air access.
  • the Number of airborne germs that are introduced into the mixing vessel during mixing is irresponsible. All equipment used must are laboriously cleaned to make them ready for use again. In in any case, the mix must be transferred to a dispenser.
  • the ointment In order to achieve homogeneous mixtures, the ointment has to go in several steps build up slowly. The individual components must be weighed separately and gradually add to each other. Solid substances become too Beginning of the production process is not sufficiently dispersed Finishing with an ointment mill will also be required to to grind remaining powder lumps or crystalline components.
  • a receptacle for it is pressure-tight using a cover with tools on the side and also a passage opening for a central stirring shaft can be closed, to the inside of the receptacle releasably a stirring tool with edge areas, from the lower interior wall areas of the receptacle Can scrape off the mix, but also kneading tools - without contacting the inner wall - Can be connected to process mix with higher viscosity to be able to.
  • the laboratory device according to DE 36 38 656 A1 is for pilot experiments before large-scale ointment production designed and correspondingly expensive designed and manufactured for use in pharmacy Recipe albums totally oversized and therefore unsuitable. It can Do not meet the requirements for time-saving formulation technology. In addition comes that the mix from the receptacle into separate ointment dispensing containers has to be decanted, whereby an air germ contamination cannot be excluded.
  • One of Substances in the cement mixture is a liquid that is present before mixing a temperature of preferably 2 ° to 6 ° C is cooled.
