- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kunststoff-Verschlusses (1) für Behalten mit einem Verschlußspiegel (3), einem von diesem ausgehenden Mantel (5) sowie mit einem im Saumbereich (7) des Mantels vorgesehenen Garantiebereich mit mindestens einem in einem der Herstellung des Verschlusses nachfolgenden Schneidvorgang eingebrachten Senkrechteinschnitt (29), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß in einer bestimmten, von vor dem Schneidvorgang am Verschluß vorhandenen Formmerkmalen des Verschlusses abhängigen Stellung maschinell erfaßt wird, zur Schaffung des Garantiebereichs des Verschlusses an einer vorbestimmten Stelle am unteren Saum des Mantels ein in Umfangsrichtung des Mantels verlaufender Horizontalschnitt maschinell eingeschnitten wird, der die Wandung des Mantels ganz oder fast ganz durchschneidet, und daß mindestens ein senkrecht zur Umfangsrichtung des Garantiebereichs verlaufender Senkrechteinschnitt in den Garantiebereich maschinell eingeschnitten wird, um einzelne Segmente zu erzeugen, und daß der Senkrechtenschnitt den bestimmten Formmerkmalen und Haltestegen, die den Garantiebereich mit dem Mantel verbinden, in einem vorgesehenen Abstand zugeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als die Position des Senkrechteinschnitts bestimmende Formmerkmale Haltestege und/oder Vorsprünge oder Vertiefungen auf der Innen- und/oder Außenfläche des Mantels des Verschlusses gewählt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß zunachst in Abhängigkeit der Position der Vorsprünge oder Vertiefungen auf der Außenfläche des Mantels positioniert wird und daß dann dessen Ausrichtung in Abhängigkeit von dem vorzugsweise auf der Innenfläche vorspringenden Haltestegen erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Behälterverschlusses unter Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 der aus Kunststoff besteht und mit einem Verschlußspiegel, einem von diesem ausgehenden Mantel sowie mit einem im Saumbereich des Mantels vorgesehenen Garantiebereich mit mindestens einem Senkrechteinschnitt versehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine Zentriereinrichtung (55;59) die den Verschluß (1) während einer Relativdrehbewegung in Abhängigkeit von auf dessen Innen- und/oder Außenseite vorgesehenen Formmerkmalen (15) positioniert erfaßt und hält, während dieser -entsprechend seiner Positionierung- mit einer Schneideinrichtung in Eingriff gebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentriereinrichtung eine Außenzentrierungseinrichtung (59) mit einer auf der Außenfläche des Verschlusses (1) angeordneten Formmerkmalen erfassenden Außenabtasteinrichtung (87) und/oder eine Innenzentrierungseinrichtung (55) mit einer auf der Innenfläche (35) des Verschlusses (1) angeordnete Formmerkmale erfassenden Innenabtasteinrichtung (79) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Innenzentrierungseinrichtung (55) gegenüber dem Verschluß (1) drehbar ist, wobei die Drehachse (53) der Zentriereinrichtung (55,59) mit der Mittelachse des Verschlusses zusammenfällt, und daß die Zentriereinrichtung in Richtung der Mittelachse des Verschlusses hin und her verfahrbar ist, so daß die Außenzentrierungseinrichtung (59), die vorzugsweise in Richtung der Drehachse (53) der Vorrichtung (50) nachgiebig federnd verlagerbar ist, mit Formmerkmalen (47) auf der Außenfläche des Verschlusses (1) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentriereinrichtung (55,59) so ausgebildet ist daß die Innenkonturen des Verschlusses (1) nach dessen Außenkonturen erfaßbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenzentrierungseinrichtung (59) die Innenzentrierungseinrichtung (55) in Richtung auf den abzutastenden Verschluß (1) überragt und daß die Innen- und Außenzentrierungseinrichtung gegeneinander in Richtung der Drehachse (53) verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine eine Relativdrehung zwischen Außenzentrierungseinrichtung (59) und Innenzentrierungseinrichtung (55) verhindernde Verriegelungseinrichtung (65,67) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Halteeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die den Verschluß (1) während der Abtastung von auf dessen Außen- und/oder Innenseite vorgesehenen Formmerkmalen verdrehungssicher hält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentriereinrichtung (55,59) eine Fixierungseinrichtung (65) aufweist, die den abzutastenden Verschluß (1) in der Halteeinrichtung hält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierungseinrichtung einen die Zentriereinrichtung (55,59) durchdringenden, vorzugsweise drehbar gelagerten Druckstempel (67) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch ein die einzelnen Baugruppen aufnehmendes, vorzugsweise kreiszylindrisches Gehäuse (51), weiches sowohl mit einem Rotationsantrieb als auch mit einem die Vorschubbewegung entlang der Dreh- und Mittelachse (53) des Werkzeugs (50) bewirkenden Antrieb verbindbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung der Einbringung des Horizontalschnitts (13) und/oder der Senkrechteinschnitte (29) dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung so betätigbar ist, daß ein die Senkrechteinschnitte (29) einschneidendes Messer gegen den von der Zentriereinrichtung (55) gehaltenen Verschluß (1) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenzentrierungseinrichtung (55) gegenüber der Außenzentrierungseinrichtung (59) so verfahrbar ist, daß die Außenseite des Verschlusses (1) für die Schneideinrichtung ungehindert zugänglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung so ausgelegt ist, daß beim Schneiden der Senkrechteinschnitte (29) Bereiche, vorzugsweise überbrükkungsstege (31), unversehrt bleiben, die die Senkrechteinschnitte (29) überbrücken.
- Kunststoff-Verschluß (1) für Behälter hergestellt nach einem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einem Verschlußspiegel (3), mit einem von diesem ausgehenden Mantel (5) sowie mit einem im Saumbereich (7) des Mantels vorgesehenen mit diesem über in einem Spritzverfahren hergestellte Abreißstege (11) verbunden Garantiebereich, mit mindestens einem Senkrechteinschnitt (29), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Ringelemente (33) und drei Haltesteg (15) und dementsprechend drei Senkrechteinschnitte (29) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils zu den Haltestegen -in Umfangsrichtung gesehen- gleiche Abstände aufweisen und die nachträglich in Abhängigkeit von den Haltestegen (15) positioniert in die Wandung (27) des Garantiebereiches (9) eingeschnitten sind.
