Claims (13)

  1. Maschine zum Schneiden/Trennen flacher Teile aus Keramik oder dergleichen, mit einem Schiebehalter (1), der ein Werkzeug (2) zum Schneiden oder Markieren des flachen Keramikteils (3) lagert, wobei das Schneidewerkzeug (2) das Teil mit einer Nut (25) markiert, und weiterhin mit einem Mechanismus zur Trennung des flachen Keramikstücks (3) in zwei Teile längs der Nut (25), wobei zu dem Mechanismus ein Paar Füße (4, 5) gehört, die auf jedes der abzutrennenden Teile und gegen ein vorstehendes Element wirken, das unterhalb des Stücks (3) im Bereich der Nut (25) angeordnet ist, wobei der Trennmechanismus (4, 5) einen einstückigen Teil des Schiebehalters (1), welcher das Schneid- bzw. Markierwerkzeug (2) lagert, bildet und durch denselben Hebel (6) betätigbar ist, der zur Betätigung des Schneid- bzw. Markierwerkzeugs (2) Verwendung findet, wobei zu dem Schiebehalter (1) eine Einrichtung (7-14) zur Positionierung des Trennmechanismus gehört, der die Anordnung der Trennfüße (4, 5) in zwei extremen Stellungen, einer Hochstellung oberhalb des Schneid- oder Markierwerkzeugs (2) und einer Tiefstellung unterhalb des Werkzeugs (2) ermöglicht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einrichtung (7-14) zur Positionierung des Trennmechanismus einen Hebel (7) aufweist, zu dem ein Paar Arme (8, 9) gehören, welche auf dem Schiebehalter (1) verschwenkbar gelagert sind, wobei jeder dieser Arme (8, 9) eine Steuerkurve (10) mit einer Nut aufweist, in der ein Zapfen (11) gleitend verschiebbar ist, welcher einen einstückigen Teil jeder der Füße (4, 5) bildet, wobei der Zapfen (11) für eine im wesentlichen vertikale Bewegung geführt ist und wobei die extremen Hoch- und Tiefstellungen der Füße (4, 5) den extremen Stellungen der Zapfen (11) in der Nut der Steuerkurven (10) entsprechen.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das vorstehende Element des Trennmechanismus, das unterhalb des Stücks plaziert ist, aus einer Rippe (15) besteht, die längs der Länge der Maschine angeordnet ist.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rippe (15) zwischen zwei Platten (16, 17) angeordnet ist, welche als Haltegrundteil für das flache Stück aus Keramik (3) fungieren und welche durch die Wirkung der Füße (4, 5) des Trennmechanismus derart deformierbar sind, daß die Rippe (15) zum Vorstehen bringbar ist.
  4. Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie ein Anlagelineal (18) aufweist, das in einer Richtung quer zur Bewegung des Schiebehalters (1) gleitend verschiebbar ist und das um einen Schwenkpunkt (20) drehbar ist.
  5. Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Paar zylindrischer Stangen (21, 22), längs denen der Schiebehalter (1) geführt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie weiterhin ein zweites Paar Stangen (23, 24) besitzt, deren Widerstandsmoment gegenüber Biegen größer ist als das der zylindrischen Stangen (21, 22), wobei die zweiten Stangen unterhalb der zylindrischen Stangen angeordnet und in dem Schiebehalter (1) derart eingebettet sind, daß sie die Reaktionskraft des Halters aushalten, wenn die Füße (4, 5) auf das Stück (3) wirken, nachdem die zylindrischen Führungsstangen (21, 22) geringfügig verformt worden sind.
  6. Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Schneidwerkzeug (2) auf einem Schaft (30) montiert ist, der eine Einrichtung (31, 32) zum Positionieren des Schaftes (30) relativ zu dem Schiebehalter (1) aufweist.
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Einrichtung zum Positionieren des Schaftes (30) des Schneidwerkzeugs (2) relativ zu dem Schiebehalter (1) wenigstens eine Anformung (31) an dem Schiebehalter (1) und wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (32) in dem Schaft (30) aufweist, wobei die Anformung (31) und die Ausnehmung (32) wechselseitig in Kupplungseingriff sind.
  8. Maschine nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Anformung oder die Anformungen (31) auf einer Buchse (33) aus einem harten Material gebildet sind, die in dem Schiebehalter (1) montiert ist.
  9. Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, mit einem festen Anlagelineal (108), das an einem Ende der Maschine angeordnet ist, einem Element (109) das linear längs einer Führung bewegbar ist, und einem Drehelement (110), das dem linear bewegbaren Element zugeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie einen festen Sektor (111) aufweist, der mit einer Winkelgradeinteilung versehen ist, wobei sich relativ zu dem Sektor das Drehelement (110) bewegt, wobei das Drehelement (110) eine Führung (112) aufweist, längs der sich das linear bewegbare Element (109) bewegt, wobei das linear bewegbare Element längs seiner Länge mit einer Gradeinteilung versehen ist.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das linear bewegbare Element (109) ein mit Gradeinteilung versehenes Lineal (113) ist, das an seinem freien Ende mit einem Anlageelement versehen ist, welches an einer Seite des Lineals ein hinteres Ende (114) besitzt, das im wesentlichem senkrecht zu dem Lineal verläuft und das an der anderen Seite des Lineals einen Fortsatz (115) besitzt, der eine Ebene (116), die im wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Lineal (113) und entfernt von dessen freien Ende sowie eine Ebene (117) aufweist, die einen gewissen Winkel relativ zu dem Lineal bildet.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der von der Ebene (117) gebildete Winkel des Fortsatzes (115) des linear bewegbaren Elements 45° beträgt.
  12. Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie eine Einrichtung (118) zur Befestigung der Stellung des linear bewegbaren Elements (109) aufweist.
  13. Maschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sie eine Einrichtung 8119) zur Befestigung der Stellung des Drehelements (110) aufweist.
