Definitions

  • the invention relates to a multi-position textile machine, in particular double-wire twisting machine or cabling machine, with coil pots arranged in rows for receiving supply bobbins and with a guide rail which is guided close to the machine frame for a continuous or intermittently drivable endless conveyor, on the bobbin for the supply bobbins are attached.
  • the endless conveyor is arranged below the area of the spindles or spool pots in the form of a chain, on which outwardly inclined spool pins are provided in order to facilitate the removal of delivery spools and the fitting of winding spools and sleeves.
  • the endless conveyor is housed in an inward indentation of the machine frame in order not to significantly increase the machine width.
  • the individual arbors, in their place shells in which the coils or sleeves are inserted, are arranged at a distance from the spindle, so that there is relatively little space for an operator to approach the individual work station or spindle.
  • DE-PS 3 802 900 describes a further bobbin transport system assigned to a multi-position textile machine, which also contains an endless conveyor belt running around the machine in the lower machine area, on which the individual bobbins or groups of bobbins are placed.
  • the conveyor belt has a width at least corresponding to the spool diameter, so that it is not possible for an operator to come close to the machine. To insert a fully wound supply spool, the operator must therefore always maintain a distance from the spindle that corresponds to the width of the conveyor belt.
  • Both known bobbin transport systems are for manual insertion of supply bobbins To overcome relatively large height distances, that is, the individual supply spool or group of supply spools must first be lifted up before it can be inserted into the spindle or the bobbin.
  • the invention is based on the object of equipping a multi-position textile machine with a bobbin transport system which on the one hand facilitates the operation, that is to say in particular the manual insertion of fully wound supply bobbins into the individual spindles or bobbin pots, and on the other hand keeps the required operating times as short as possible.
  • the features of the characterizing part of claim 1 are used in a textile machine of the type described in the introduction.
  • the bobbin transport system is arranged in such a way that the supply bobbins conveyed by the individual bobbin carriers no longer have to be lifted up for insertion into the machine.
  • the individual supply spool only needs to be removed from the spool holder and inserted in a horizontal movement into the spindle or the spool pot. A previous lifting of the supply spool is not necessary. It is irrelevant whether the individual supply spools in be transported upright or in a lying position.
  • the endless conveyor can preferably be stopped, controlled by a sensor which responds when the operator approaches the machine and switches off the endless conveyor.
  • the bobbin can have the shape of bowls or tubs or the shape of horizontally aligned arbors, which are aligned so that to remove a supply spool from the bobbin, the operator only holds one hand in the path of movement of the bobbin, so that when moving Endless conveyor the supply spool is stripped from the bobbin and practically pushed into the hand of the operator. As soon as a supply spool has been removed from the spool support, the operator can come close to the machine due to the relatively large distance between successive spool supports in order to insert the supply spool into the spindle with the least amount of force required.
  • the multi-position textile machine for equipping the individual bobbin carriers moved around the machine is provided with a lifting conveyor device, of which the individual supply bobbins continue to move around Machine moving endless conveyor can be removed automatically.
  • this lifting conveyor device For equipping this lifting conveyor device with supply coils, it is adapted according to another invention to a conveyor device located above the lifting device such that the transfer of supply coils from the upper conveyor device to the lifting conveyor device also takes place automatically or "on the fly".
  • FIG. 1 shows a schematic, perspective illustration of a bobbin transport system for equipping, for example, two multi-position textile machines, each of which is provided with the bobbin transport arrangement according to the invention, which rotates around a single machine, with a first bobbin embodiment.
  • Figures 2a, 2b and 2c schematically show successive operating stages during the feeding and the transfer of a supply spool to a work station of the textile machine.
  • FIG. 3 shows a vertical section of the coil transport arrangement with a second coil carrier embodiment.
  • FIG. 4 shows a section of the coil transport arrangement according to the invention according to FIG. 3 in a perspective representation.
  • FIG. 5 shows a schematic representation of a portion of part of the bobbin transport arrangement according to the invention at the moment of manual bobbin transfer.
  • FIGS. 6a, 6b and 7 schematically show different working positions of a bobbin of the bobbin transport arrangement according to the invention.
  • FIG. 8 shows a variant of the entrainment of coil carriers by the chain conveyor.
  • Figure 1 shows two multi-position textile machines 1, e.g. Double-wire twisting machines or cabling machines, which are arranged parallel and at a distance from each other.
  • Double-wire twisting machines or cabling machines which are arranged parallel and at a distance from each other.
  • Each textile machine 1 has rows of adjacent work stations 2 on its long sides, which are to be equipped with fully wound supply bobbins 3 after empty bobbin tubes have been removed from the individual work stations, for example spindles or bobbin pots, in previous working cycles.
  • the supply bobbins 3 are fed together by means of a conveying device running along the end faces of the multi-position textile machines 1, which is shown schematically by the conveyor rail 4 running above the textile machines 1 and the supply bobbin hanging hooks 5.
  • a conveying device running along the end faces of the multi-position textile machines 1, which is shown schematically by the conveyor rail 4 running above the textile machines 1 and the supply bobbin hanging hooks 5.
  • lifting conveyor 6 In the area of each textile machine end face there is also a schematically illustrated lifting conveyor 6, each of which moves up and down in the direction of the double arrow f1 by means of (not shown) drive elements has movable bobbin in the form of a supply bobbin hook 7.
  • the suspension hooks 5 and the suspension hooks 7 have an L-shaped bracket profile, the free legs 5 'and 7' of which are aligned parallel to the longitudinal direction of the conveyor rail 4 opposite to the direction of conveyance of the overhead conveyor 4, 5 indicated by the arrow f2.
  • Such an arrangement enables a so-called “flying" spool transfer of a supply spool 3 suspended on a hanging hook 5 to a respective hanging hook 7 when this is in the upper position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1, in which it is essentially with the free leg 5 '. a suspension hook 5 is aligned.
  • Each textile machine 1 is provided with a horizontally oriented rail system 9 for the bobbin carriers 8 which runs endlessly around the individual machine and which can be driven continuously or intermittently in the direction of arrow f3 by means of an endless conveyor, for example a chain conveyor, not shown in FIG.
  • the rail system 9 is mounted according to the invention at such a height that the supply bobbins placed on the swung-up bobbins 8, 8 'lie with their lowest point in the plane which is determined by the tops or top edges of the bobbins forming the workplaces, in such a way that feed spools 3 removed from the mandrels 8 'can be inserted or used directly in the work stations 2 without overcoming a substantial height difference.
  • the rail system 9 also runs closely according to the invention along the machine frame 1 ', so that an operator can insert a feed spool 3 into the work area very close to the work place after a feed spool has been removed from a mandrel 8'.
  • the distance between the individual coil carriers 8, 8 ' preferably corresponds in each case to a multiple of the distance, preferably three to eight times the distance, between adjacent work stations 2, such that undisturbed working between successive coil carriers is possible.
  • a suitable bobbin turning device (not shown) is arranged in the region of the machine end facing the lifting conveyor 6 for the reinserting of fully wound supply bobbins on an empty bobbin 8, 8 'in order to pivot an empty bobbin 8, 8' down again, so that in the area of the lifting conveyor 6, a new supply spool 3 can be removed in a "flying spool change" from a hanging hook 7 and pushed onto the spool mandrel 8 '. After attaching one Supply spool 3 on the spool holder 8, 8 'must then be swiveled up again with a suitable spool holder turning device.
  • a sensor 51 controls the lifting conveyor 6 and the coil carrier turning device in such a way that they only operate when the sensor detects an empty coil carrier 8, 8 '.
  • FIG. 3 shows the coil transport arrangement according to the invention with a trough-shaped or basket-shaped coil carrier 10 for fully wound supply coils 3.
  • FIG. 3 also shows the structure of the rail system 9 and a preferred embodiment of a carriage 11 that can be moved along this rail system 9, on each of which a coil carrier 10 is attached, for example by means of a Support bracket 12 is attached.
  • the rail system fixed to the machine frame 1 consists of a main rail 13 which has an L-profile.
  • the longer profile leg 13.1 is attached to the machine frame 1 ', while the shorter profile leg 13.2 connects to the upper longitudinal edge of the leg 13.1.
  • At the end of the leg 13.2 facing away from the leg 13.1 there is a flange strip 13.3 bent back in the direction of the longer leg 13.1.
  • a guide rail 14 is fastened, in which the above-described endless conveyor, preferably in the form of a chain conveyor 15, is guided, which can be driven continuously or intermittently by means of a drive element, not shown, in the direction of arrow f3 (FIG. 1).
  • Each carriage 11 has on its upper side at least two rollers 17 which can be rotated about horizontal axes and which are supported on the horizontal upper side of the shorter leg 13.2 of the main rail 13.
  • Each carriage 11 is provided with support rollers 18 and 19 which can be rotated about vertical axes and are supported on the one hand on the inside of the flange strip 13.3 or on the other hand at the lower end of the longer leg 13.1.
  • the arrangement of the rollers and support rollers 17, 18, 19 can also be carried out in a different manner in such a way that a secure support of the carriages 11 or bobbin carriers 10 which are movable along the main rail 13 is ensured.
  • the horizontal distance between the longer leg 13.1 and the flange strip 13.3 should be as small as possible.
  • a stop surface is preferably mounted in the form of a stop flap 20 which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis 21 which is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the chain conveyor 15.
  • a spring 23 engages on a projection 22 of the stop flap 20 lying below the axis 21.
  • a support bar 24 is attached, on which a blocking roller 26 is supported, which is attached to a lower lever arm 27 of a double-armed lever, the upper lever arm of which is formed by the stop flap 20.
  • the bobbin is removed from the bobbin 10 essentially in the same manner as described above in connection with the bobbin 8, 8 '.
  • the stop flap 20, which is fixed in the upper position according to FIGS. 6b and 7, is released after the locking roller 26 has left the guide and locking bar 24, and is pivoted downward by the tension spring 23 in the direction of the arrow f6, so that a supply spool is stripped off 3 in the direction of arrow f7 is possible if, according to FIG. 5, an operator holds his left hand in the path of the supply reel 3.
  • the chain conveyor 15 is stopped and restarted for inserting a supply reel 3 into a work station 2 in essentially the same way as described above in connection with FIGS. 2a, 2b and 2c.
  • a trough-shaped or bowl-shaped coil carrier 10 can preferably be pivotable relative to the carriage 11 about a vertical axis, in particular 90 °, e.g. against the force of a return spring, so that the bobbin can be moved in front of a bobbin in such a rotational position that the supply bobbin can simply be pushed back into the bobbin.
