Claims (6)

  1. Burin, comprenant une section de fixation (1) et une section de tranchant (2) dont chacune présente un diamètre constant, le diamètre de la section de fixation (1) dépassant le diamètre de la section de tranchant (2), caractérisé en ce que la section de tranchant (2) est constituée d'un matériau d'une qualité supérieure à celle de la section de fixation (1) et est rattachée à ladite section de fixation (1) par l'intermédiaire d'une soudure par friction (3).
  2. Burin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de la section de fixation (1) correspond à 1,1 à 1,3 fois celui de la section de tranchant (2).
  3. Burin selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de la section de fixation (1) correspond à 1,125 fois celui de la section de tranchant (2).
  4. Burin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la section de fixation (1) est réalisée en acier 42CrMo4.
  5. Burin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la section de tranchant (2) est réalisée en acier X50CrMoV51.
  6. Burin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de la section de tranchant correspond à 0,4 à 1 fois celle de la section de fixation (1).
