La paroi intérieure de l'enveloppe de fermeture (1.2) comporte des éléments de calage (1.3) décalés par rapport au couvercle de fermeture (1.1) qui s'encliquettent dans le bord supérieur de l'orifice de sortie. Ces éléments sont disposés par intervalles et ne couvrent donc pas toute la circonférence de l'enveloppe; ils sont partiellement reliés à la fermeture par l'intermédiaire de zones n'offrant qu'une faible résistance à la déchirure (1.4).
