Claims (10)
- System, bestehend aus Einlegevorrichtung, Verpackungsgut und Mulden, wobei das Verpackungsgut aus gestapelten Lebensmittelscheiben besteht, die Abmessungen der Böden der Mulden (4) den Abmessungen der Scheiben gleichen, mit mehreren am Umfang der Verpackungsgutscheiben anliegenden Greifern (2), die sich von einem Kopfteil (11) gleichförmig nach unten erstrecken und am Umfang der Scheiben klemmend angreifen, wobei die Greifer (2) den Stapel (1) exakt über die Mulden (4) bringen und die unteren Enden der Greifer (2) beim Einlegevorgang nur geringfügig, den oberen Teil der konisch erweiterten Mulden ausnützend, in die Mulden (4) eingreifen.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Ansätze (5) vorgesehen sind, die ein geringes Maß unter den Rand des Verpackungsgutes (1) greifen, wobei die Ansätze (5) beim Einlegevorgang oberhalb der Mulde (4) verbleiben.
- System nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansätze (5) umbiegbar ausgestaltet sind.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ausstoßer (6) vorgesehen ist, der das Verpackungsgut (1) von den Greifern (2) abstreift.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Greifer (2) in der Abgabestellung vom Verpackungsgut (1) wegbewegen.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich zu den Greifern (2) Arme (7) vorgesehen sind, die an ihren Enden die Ansätze (5) tragen.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (2) Ausnehmungen (8) für die von den Armen (7) getragenen Ansätze (5) aufweisen.
- System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (2) mit den über die Ansätze (5) vorstehenden Teilen (8) in die Mulde (4) eingreifen.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (2) schalenartig geformt sind und daß die einander zugewandten Ränder (37) der schalenartigen Greifer mit Abrundungen (38) versehen sind.
- System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungen der Greifer (2) und/oder der die Ansätze (5) tragenden Arme (7) vom Antrieb des Ausstoßers (6) gesteuert sind, wobei der Ausstoßer eine Kulissenbahn (17) trägt, die auf die Greifer (2) bzw. die Arme (7) einwirkt.
