Claims (9)
- Procédé pour réaliser des livres cousus, selon lequel des feuilles imprimées pliées et regroupées en blocs sont indirectement après reliées en un corps d'ouvrage en cousant es unes aux autres les feuilles imprimées individuelles, caractérisé en ce que les blocs constitués de feuilles imprimées regroupées sont, à la cadence du regroupement, reçus dans des bobines mobiles entraînables, accouplées de façon détachable, d'un magasin, et apportées par ce dernier en charges au dispositif de couture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif accouplable peut être alimenté d'au moins d'une charge.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les blocs sont disposés en succession dans des couches d'une bobine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les blocs sont disposés en entrant dans la bobine avec les dos des feuilles imprimées en avant.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que les bobines sont utilisées pour le stockage intermédiaire des corps d'ouvrage jusqu'à la poursuite du traitement.
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, constituée d'un dispositif de regroupement (4) avec plusieurs postes presseurs (2) pour différentes feuilles imprimées et au moins une couseuse (10) reliée en aval, caractérisée en ce qu'une bobine mobile (8) d'un dispositif d'entreposage (11) est disposée avec possibilité de désaccouplement à l'extrémité de délivrance du dispositif de regroupement (4) en étant reliée en entraînement à ce dernier selon sa cadence de travail.
- Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entreposage (11) est disposé entre le dispositif de regroupement (4) et la couseuse (10).
- Installation selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisée en ce que la bobine (8) est conçue pour pouvoir être déplacée au moyen d'un chariot ou d'une grue.
- Installation selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'entreposage (11) est relié en asservissement au dispositif de regroupement (4) et/ou à la couseuse (10).
