Claims (10)
- Dispositif (1) pour former une pile (2) de feuillets imprimés (3) rangés les uns à côté des autres, composé d'un convoyeur amenant les feuillets imprimés (3) disposés en écailles vers un support de pile (17, 22), perpendiculairement à ce dernier, et d'un dispositif d'insertion (30) pouvant être commandé et associé au support de pile (17, 22) prévu pour former ou recevoir la pile, qui délimite la longueur d'une pile (2) à l'aide des plaques d'extrémité (31) pouvant être intercalées entre des éléments d'appui (28, 29) et la pile (2), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'insertion (30) est constitué par un dispositif introducteur (60) associé aux extrémités avant et arrière de la pile, lequel est muni d'ouvertures de passage (38) pour laisser passer les éléments d'appui (28, 29), peut être entraíné perpendiculairement au support de pile (17, 22), place les plaques d'extrémité (31) aux extrémités de la pile, et présente au moins un intervalle pouvant être occupé par au moins une plaque d'extrémité (31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif introducteur (60) est formé par deux plaques de maintien (32, 33) parallèles entre elles qui reçoivent au moins une plaque d'extrémité (31) dans l'intervalle qui les sépare.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif introducteur (60) présente deux intervalles dont chacun est associé à une plaque d'extrémité (31) d'une pile (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, lorsqu'il est décalé ou en retrait par rapport au support de pile (17, 22), le dispositif d'insertion (30) peut recevoir des plaques d'extrémité (31).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif introducteur (60) peut aller et venir parallèlement à la direction d'empilage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de maintien (32, 33) du dispositif introducteur (60) sont situées au-dessus du support de pile (17, 22) orienté horizontalement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de maintien (32, 33) sont guidées dans un bâti ou cadre (39) qui est fixe.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif introducteur (60) est équipé d'au moins un dispositif de retenue (35) commutable pouvant être placé dans l'intervalle, au-dessus des ouvertures de passage (38) prévues pour les éléments d'appui (28, 29) qui les traversent.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de retenue (35) est associé aux plaques d'extrémité (31) dans le dispositif introducteur (60).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'emplacement prévu pour charger la plaque d'extrémité (31) est conçu comme un magasin (34) pour empiler et délivrer des plaques d'extrémité (31).
