Abstract

A cet effet, la cosse de bougie (21) présente sur sa paroi extérieure un bourrelet annulaire (33) qui maintient une douille de centrage (34) par liaison de forme. Un élargissement radial de ce bourrelet annulaire (33) maintient la douille de centrage (34) fixée par liaison de force et de forme sur la cosse de bougie (21). La forme extérieure de la douille de centrage (34) est adaptée à la forme intérieure d'une niche de bougie (20) de la culasse (12) qui reçoit la bougie d'allumage (18), compte tenu d'un certain jeu de mouvement, de sorte que la bobine d'allumage (11) puisse être fiablement guidée avec la cosse (21) ainsi complétée, et montée sur la bougie d'allumage (18).

Claims (6)

  1. Bobine d'allumage pour une installation d'allumage d'un moteur à combustion interne de véhicule automobile, comportant au moins une partie de raccordement de secondaire (17) ayant au moins un dôme de raccordement (19) relié rigidement à la bobine d'allumage (11) et un connecteur de bougie (21) couplé à ce dôme, ce connecteur pouvant être emmanché sur une bougie (18) montée dans un logement à bougie (20), avec un moyen de centrage (34) adapté à la forme du logement à bougie (20) en tenant compte d'un jeu nécessaire au mouvement, caractérisée en ce que le dôme de raccordement (19) comporte une broche (22) pour être reliée au connecteur de bougie (21), et le moyen de centrage (34) est une pièce distincte en forme de manchon de centrage (34), fixée de manière imperdable sur le connecteur de bougie (21).
  2. Bobine d'allumage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le connecteur de bougie (21) comprend une douille élastique (28) formant sa paroi extérieure, cette douille ayant au moins un bourrelet, notamment un bourrelet annulaire (33) qui, lors de l'emmanchement du manchon de centrage (34) sur le connecteur de bougie (21), peut être mis en position d'accrochage maintenant le manchon de centrage (34) par une liaison de forme.
  3. Bobine d'allumage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, lors du raccordement du connecteur de bougie (21) sur la broche (22) du dôme de raccordement (19), la douille (28) est glissée par dessus le dôme de raccordement (19) en s'élargissant dans la direction radiale, de sorte que le bourrelet annulaire (33) est élargi radialement et cet élargissement fixe par une liaison de force et la forme, le manchon de centrage (34) emmanché sur la douille (28).
  4. Bobine d'allumage selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le manchon de centrage (34) est adapté en forme, notamment au diamètre du logement à bougie (20), et ses dimensions extérieures sont diminuées par rapport aux dimensions intérieures du logement à bougie (20) d'un jeu nécessaire au mouvement.
  5. Bobine d'allumage selon la revendication 1-4, caractérisée en ce que le manchon de centrage (34) a une forme extérieure légèrement conique tournée vers le côté de petit diamètre du logement à bougie (20).
  6. Bobine d'allumage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure du manchon de centrage (34) comporte au moins une rainure longitudinale (39).
