Claims (11)
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils, en particulier pour une installation de peinture ou émaillage de fils, avec lequel le fil déroulé par un dispositif de déroulement est guidé plusieurs fois autour de blocs à rouleaux de guidage de fils (2, 3, 4), séparés entre eux de façon axialement parallèle, les boucles de fils s'enroulant sur les blocs à rouleaux de guidage de fils (2, 3, 4) et étant maintenues à une certaine distance égale entre elles et, avant la dépose de chaque nouvelle boucle, toutes les boucles se trouvant déjà sur les blocs à rouleaux de guidage de fils (2, 3, 4) sont décalées chaque fois d'une certaine distance, caractérisé en ce que coaxialement aux blocs à rouleaux de guidage de fils (2, 3, 4) en amont d'au moins l'un de chacun des côtés frontaux est monté au moins un rouleau de renvoi (5, 6, 7), autour duquel est guidé le dispositif de guidage de fils (1), au niveau duquel est prévu un support de fils (8) pour une extrémité de fils, et en ce que, vu dans le sens de défilement du fil, en amont d'au moins l'un des blocs à rouleaux de guidage de fils (2, 3, 4) et, axialement parallèlement à celui-ci, il est prévu un dispositif de transfert de fils (9, 11).
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux de renvoi sont constitués par des rouleaux à bandes (5, 6, 7) et le dispositif de guidage de fils est constitué par une bande sans fin (1).
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande sans fin (1) est guidée de façon protégée contre la torsion.
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de fils est constitué par un élément de fixation (8) disposé sur le côté extérieur de la bande sans fin (1).
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation comporte un système de fixation monté latéralement en porte-à-faux, et au moyen duquel le fil peut être déposé pendant la circulation de la bande dans la position du dernier passage sur le bloc de rouleaux de guidage de fils.
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de bande se trouvant en amont d'un bloc de rouleaux de guidage de fils entraînés (2) peut être accouplé à ce bloc.
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les blocs de rouleaux de guidage de fils (2, 3) portent sur leur périphérie transversalement à la direction axiale des gorges de guidage parallèles, selon un espacement déterminé identique entre elles.
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert de fils (9, 11) est conçu sous forme de broches filetées à pas unique, montées excentriquement, et qui présentent une rampe qui correspond à l'espacement entre deux gorges de guidage sur les blocs de guidage de fils (2, 3).
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les blocs de rouleau de guidage de fils (2, 3, 4) possèdent des surfaces périphériques lisses et le dispositif de transfert de fils est constitué par des rouleaux de transfert de fils (9, 11) logés centralement et déplaçables axialement et qui présentent, sur leur périphérie transversalement à la direction axiale, des nervures de guidage parallèles, selon un espacement déterminé identique entre elles.
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les blocs de rouleau de guidage de fils (2, 3, 4) présentent des phases périphériques lisses et en ce que le dispositif de transfert de fils (9, 11) est constitué par un noyau logé centralement (12) avec sur sa périphérie, transversalement à la direction axiale, des nervures de guidage parallèles, selon un espacement déterminé identique entre elles ainsi qu'une broche creuse filetée (13) semi-ouverte montée de façon rotative centralement sur ce noyau (12).
- Dispositif d'introduction de fils selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la rampe de la broche creuse filetée (13) correspond au double espacement entre deux nervures de guidage du noyau (12).
