Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kunststoffenstern od. dgl., nach dem ein Rahmen aus einzelnen Profilstücken zusammengeschweißt und in den Rahmen eine Glasscheibe eingesetzt und unter Zwischenlage von Dichtungen zwischen Profilanschlägen und Glashalteleisten festgeklemmt wird, wobei die Profilstücke und die Glashalteleisten von einem die Profilstücke und die Glashalteleisten bildenden Profilstrang abgelängt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glashalteleiste am Profilstrang als federnd nachgiebiger Klemmschenkel angeformt wird und die Profilstücke unter Freistellung oder nachträglichem Durchschneiden der Klemmschenkel zum Rahmen zusammengeschweißt werden, worauf die Glasscheibe beim Einsetzen in den Rahmen mittels dieser Klemmschenkel festgeklemmt wird.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kunststoffenstern od. dgl., nach dem ein Rahmen aus einzelnen Profilstücken zusammengeschweißt und in den Rahmen eine Glasscheibe eingesetzt und unter Zwischenlage von Dichtungen zwischen Profilanschlägen und Glashalteleisten festgeklemmt wird, wobei die Profilstücke und die Glashalteleisten gemeinsam von einem die Profilstücke und die Glashalteleisten aufweisenden Profilstrang abgelängt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Profilstrang getrennt hergestellte Glashalteleiste über eine Schnappverbindung mit dem Profilstrang in Anschlagrichtung zum Profilanschlag zusammengesteckt wird und dann nach dem gemeinsamen Ablängen die Glashalteleistenstücke gleichzeitig mit den Profilstücken unter Freistellung des Schnappverbindungsbereiches zu einem in sich geschlossenen Glashalteleistenrahmen zusammengeschweißt werden.
- Kunststoffprofil zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem einen hochragenden Festschenkel als Profilanschlag für eine Glasscheibe aufweisenden Grundprofil und einem dem Festschenkel gegenüberliegenden, öffenbaren Klemmschenkel, der zwischen dem Anschlagteil des Festschenkels und einem eigenen Klemmteil einen Klemmspalt zur Aufnahme der Glasscheibe bildet, wobei der am Grundprofil (9) angeformte Klemmschenkel (11) federnd ausgestaltet ist und sich schräg ansteigend zum Festschenkel (10) hin erstreckt und der endseitige Klemmteil vorzugsweise einen Stufenabsatz (12) zum Untergreifen einer aufgenommenen Glasscheibe (3) aufweist.
- Kunststoffprofil zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 2, mit einem einen hochragenden Festschenkel als Profilanschlag für eine Glasscheibe aufweisenden Grundprofil und einem dem Festschenkel gegenüberliegenden Klemmschenkel, der zwischen dem Anschlagteil des Festschenkels und einem eigenen Klemmteil einen Klemmspalt zur Aufnahme der Glasscheibe bildet, wobei der Klemmschenkel aus einem eigenen, über eine Schnappverbindung mit dem Grundprofil verrastbaren Teilprofil besteht, das mit einer zum Festschenkel (15) hin vorstehenden Befestigungszunge (17) in Zungenrichtung in einen Steckschlitz (18) des Grundprofils (14) einsteckbar und in diesem formschlüssig fixierbar ist.
