Claims (9)

  1. Arrangement pour le nettoyage de l'air évacué de cabines de pulvérisation de peinture, selon lequel il est prévu, en dessous d'une cabine de pulvérisation de peinture, une installation de lavage de venturi avec des tôles de guidage et de ruissellement pour le guidage du liquide de lavage et de l'air évacué, y compris un système d'alimentation pour l'eau d'arrosage et de lavage, l'eau étant, après être passée par le système séparateur afin d'enlever dans une très large mesure les particules de peinture ou de colorant, au moins pour partie renvoyée dans le circuit, et la buse de lavage (11) étant disposée, vue dans la direction de refoulement, en position excentrée en dessous de la grille (2) de la cabine, et un canal d'air évacué (15) étant prévu,

    en ce que la tôle de fond (B) de la rigole (R) du système d'alimentation (7, 9) s'étend, sur toute sa longueur, en inclinaison vers les tôles de guidage et de ruissellement (3, 3', 4, 4', 5, 10) du dispositif de lavage (W), et se raccorde directement aux tôles (3, 3', 4, 4', 5, 10) en formant une fente de passage d'eau (SP) avec le côté voisin (RS1) de la rigole,
    en ce que les tubes d'alimentation d'eau de circulation (ZR) débouchent dans la rigole (R) dans la région de tête (RK) de cette dernière, et
    en ce que des chicanes ou encore des tôles distributrices (VT) sont disposées dans la région située entre les tubes d'alimentation (ZR) et la fente de passage d'eau (SP) afin d'uniformiser l'écoulement de l'eau.
  2. Arrangement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la buse de lavage (11) est de préférence orientée verticalement, et le système de tôles de séparation (12) qui fait suite à cette buse (11) est lui aussi disposé en position excentrée, par rapport à la section de la cabine de pulvérisation de peinture, un système supplémentaire d'alimentation (9) pour du liquide de lavage étant associé aux tôles de guidage (10), qui précédent la buse de lavage (11).
  3. Arrangement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les tôles de ruissellement (3, 4) présentent la même direction d'inclinaison, la tôle de ruissellement (4) étant pourvue d'un déversoir (6) sur son bord plus haut, tourné vers la buse de lavage (11), et la rigole collectrice (8) se raccordant au bord plus bas.
  4. Arrangement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison des tôles de ruissellement (3', 5) s'étend de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur et, de préférence, les deux tôles de ruissellement (3', 5) se poursuivent respectivement, sur leurs bords plus bas, par une rigole collectrice (8), un côté de chaque rigole collectrice (8) étant conçu comme déversoir (6', respectivement 6").
  5. Arrangement selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la rigole collectrice (8) fait chaque fois partie des tôles de ruissellement (3', 4, 5).
  6. Arrangement selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les tôles de ruissellement (3, 4, 4' ou 3', 5) sont inclinées dans la direction longitudinale de l'installation (A), la rigole collectrice (8) étant, de préférence, disposée sur un côté frontal (S) de l'installation (A), et le système d'alimentation (7) sur le côté frontal opposé.
  7. Arrangement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs tôles de ruissellement (3, 4, 4') sont dirigées en cascade en direction longitudinale, au moins sur une région partielle de l'installation (A).
  8. Arrangement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tôles distributrices (VT) s'étendent elles aussi en inclinaison par rapport à l'horizontale, s'étendent sur toute la longueur de la rigole (R) et sont dirigées les unes vers les autres à la manière d'un labyrinthe depuis les deux côtés (RS1 et RS2) de la rigole (R), en se chevauchant partiellement (Ü), et elles sont disposées à distance verticale (H) les unes des autres.
  9. Dispositif distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tôles distributrices ou tôles de chicane (VT) sont disposées sur les parois (RS1 et RS2) de la rigole avec possibilité de modification ou encore de réglage de leur angle d'inclinaison (β) et/où de leur longueur active (L) et/ou de leur chevauchement (Ü), ainsi que de leur distance verticale mutuelle (H).
