Abstract

The invention relates to a tiltable roof (5), supported on end wall-side support arms (6), for railway goods wagons whose freight hole consists of at least two funnel-shaped chambers (1), the tiltable roof (5) being tiltable, by means of an actuation element, out of the closed state towards one longitudinal side of the vehicle counter to the force of a spring (15). The objective of the invention consisted in finding an actuation device for tiltable roofs (5) of the aforesaid type, which device ensures, with simple means, a non-forced tilting of the tiltable roof (5) and an economical design which is not prone to faults. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the actuation element consists of a lever (9) which is attached to the tiltable roof (5) approximately in the longitudinal centre and is mounted with its other end on the wagon body of the railway goods wagon in an articulated fashion and can be acted on by a drive (12) in order to tilt the tiltable roof (5). <IMAGE>

Die Bauarten von Schwenkdächern für Eisenbahngüterwagen sind grundsätzlich in zwei Gattungen unterteilbar. Bei diesem auf stirnwandseitigen Tragarmen abgestützten Schwenkdach wird dieses aus dem geschlossenen Zustand mittels eines Betätigungsorgans zu einer beliebigen Fahrzeuglängsseite hin verschwenkt, wobei die bei diesem Verschwenken frei werdende potentielle Energie einer mit beiden Stirnseiten des Schwenkdaches verbundenen Kraftspeicheranordnung zugeführt wird, die diese Energie speichert und beim Zurückschwenken in den geschlossenen Zustand wieder an das Schwenkdach abgibt. Das Betätigungsorgan (Kurbelantrieb) ist dabei mittels über an einer Stirnwand in Nähe des Obergurtes angeordneten Umlenkrollen geführter Seile oder Ketten mit der Dachschale des Schwenkdaches verbunden, wobei die Seile oder Ketten unter Zwischenschaltung eines längenausgleichenden Elementes miteinander beziehungsweise der Dachschale verbunden sind. Nachteilig bei dieser Ausführung ist der erforderliche Bewegungs- und Kraftausgleich für beide Tragarme des Schwenkdaches, die ein Verwinden des Schwenkdaches bei dessen Verschwenken verhindern sollen, damit ein Verzwängen und ungleichmäßiges Verschwenken der Längsenden des Daches vermieden wird. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß das Betätigungsorgan aus einem etwa in Längsmitte an dem Schwenkdach befestigtem Hebel besteht, der mit seinem anderem Ende gelenkig an dem Wagenkasten des Eisenbahngüterwagens gelagert und zum Verschwenken des Schwenkdaches durch einen Antrieb beaufschlagbar ist. Hierbei ist der Hebel als Winkelhebel und etwa z-förmig ausgebildet und im Wagenkasten des Eisenbahngüterwagens in dessen Quermitte gelagert. Vorteilhaft besteht der Antrieb aus einem Hydraulikzylinder, der mit seinem einen Ende gelenkig an dem Hebel und der mit seinem anderen Ende ebenfalls gelenkig an dem Wagenkasten gelagert ist. Gemäß einem anderen Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung besteht der Antrieb aus einem mechanischen Getriebe. Vorteilhaft ist an dem Hebel weiter gelenkig eine Zugfeder befestigt, die etwa entgegen dem Antrieb wirkend ebenfalls gelenkig an dem Wagenkasten gelagert ist. In Wagenlängsmitte ist in dem Eisenbahngüterwagen ein Quersattel 3 angeordnet. Die Beladeöffnung 4 im oberen Scheitel des Eisenbahngüterwagens ist durch ein Schwenkdach 5 abgedeckt, das an seinen Längsenden über Tragarme 6 an den Stirnwänden 7 des Eisenbahngüterwagens schwenkbar gelagert ist. Die Tragarme 6 lagern dabei gelenkig in Lagern 8 an den Stirnwänden 7 und sind fest mit den Längsenden des Schwenkdaches 5 verbunden. In Längsmitte des Schwenkdaches 5 ist an dessen einer Längsseite fest ein Hebel 9 angeordnet, der z-förmig verkröpft in den Quersattel 3 des Eisenbahngüterwagens ragt und in dessen Quermitte in einem Lager 10 gelenkig gelagert ist. An den Hebel 9 greift gelenkig in einem Lager 11 gelagert ein aus einem Hydraulikzylinder bestehender Antrieb 12 an, der mit seinem anderen Ende ebenfalls gelenkig in einem Lager 13 des Eisenbahngüterwagens gelagert ist.
