caractérisée par le fait que les monofilaments (6, 7, 8, 9) ou les fibres individuelles des multifilaments, respectivement de section transversale annulaire, sont déformé(e)s de façon telle que leurs faces internes soient appliquées les unes contre les autres. - Garniture pour machine à papier, selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisée par le fait que la structure textile plane est assemblée par piqûre, d'un côté ou des deux côtés, avec une carde fibreuse. - Garniture pour machine à papier, selon les revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée par le fait que les monofilaments annulaires, respectivement les multifilaments à fibres individuelles annulaires, s'étendent uniquement dans le sens transversal de la garniture (1) pour machine à papier. - Garniture pour machine à papier, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée par le fait que ladite garniture (1) pour machine à papier présente une structure plane réalisée sous la forme d'un tissu (2), ou est constituée de ladite structure ; et par le fait que le tissu (2) comporte une armure identique des deux côtés. - Procédé de fabrication d'une garniture pour machine à papier, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé par le fait qu'on utilise, en tant que matériau de départ pour la structure textile plane, des monofilaments creux (6, 7, 8, 9) et/ou des multifilaments à fibres individuelles creuses ; et par le fait que la structure plane munie de ces éléments est soumise à un traitement par pression et par chaleur tel que les monofilaments ou multifilaments soient respectivement déformés plastiquement, pour obtenir la section transversale aplatie, au moins dans les régions dans lesquelles ils s'étendent pour l'essentiel parallèlement au plan de la garniture pour machine à papier. - Procédé selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé par le fait qu'on utilise, en tant que matériau de départ pour la structure plane (2), des monofilaments creux (6, 7, 8, 9) et/ou des fibres individuelles creuses destinées aux multifilaments, qui présentent extérieurement et intérieurement une section transversale circulaire. - Procédé selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé par le fait que les monofilaments creux (6, 7, 8, 9) ou, respectivement, les fibres individuelles des multifilaments possèdent transversalement une surface interne libre représentant entre 20 et 80 %, de préférence entre 40 et 60 % de la surface totale de leur section transversale. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8,
caractérisé par le fait que les monofilaments creux, respectivement les multifilaments à fibres individuelles creuses, sont intégrés dans l'assemblage de fils (2) uniquement dans le sens transversal de la garniture (1) pour machine à papier. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'assemblage de fils (2) est calandré en vue du traitement par pression et par chaleur.
