Claims (1)
- Ensemble propulsif pour des engins de traction ferroviaires comportant un moteur (12) électrique de propulsion qui présente un arbre de rotor (20) avec un rotor (22) placé sur celui-ci et un pignon (24) fixé à celui-ci qui est supporté dans des paliers (26, 28), ainsi qu'une transmission (14) qui est entraînée par le moteur (12) de propulsion et est reliée à un essieu à des fins d'entraînement de celui-ci, le rotor (22) et le pignon (24) étant placés entre les paliers (26, 28) qui sont disposés chacun à une extrémité de l'arbre de rotor (20), caractérisé par le fait que les moyens sont pourvus d'un carter (38) subdivisé en deux parties de carter (38.1, 38.2) parmi lesquelles la première partie de carter (38.1) reçoit le moteur de propulsion (12), l'arbre de rotor (20), le rotor (22), le pignon (24) ainsi que les paliers (26, 28) et se raccorde à la seconde partie de carter (38.2) qui contient la transmission (14), par le fait que le pignon (24) attaque directement la transmission (14), sans interposition d'un engrenage intermédiaire, et par le fait que plan de séparation des parties de carter (38.1, 38.2) s'étend parallèlement à l'arbre de rotor (20).
