Claims (17)

  1. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung unter Verwendung von absorbierenden Elementen, die in mindestens einem unbrennbaren Kasten (C1-C3) angeordnet sind, so daß schalltote Einzelkammern (13, 13') abgegrenzt werden, wobei der Kasten eine sogenannte Frontwand (6), versehen mit Öffnungen (7), besitzt, die dazu bestimmt sind, sich gegenüber einer Geräuschquelle zu befinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Elemente einheitliche Strukturen (1, 1', 1''; 18, 18', 18'') sind, die aus Fahrzeugreifen, Reifenteilen oder hinsichtlich der Form oder des absorbierenden Charakters des Werkstoffs gleichwertigen Elementen bestehen, daß diese einheitlichen Strukturen (1, 1', 1''; 18, 18', 18'') zwischen Wänden (2-6; 2', 3', 16, 4-6) des Kastens (C1-C3) gegeneinander- und/oder aufeinandergedrückt sind und daß die Form der einheitlichen Strukturen geeignet ist, je nach ihrer Ausrichtung im Kasten einen Effekt der Fokussierung oder der Divergenz der Schallwellen zu erzeugen.
  2. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einheitlichen Strukturen (1, 1', 1'') aus Reifenhälften bestehen, die durch diametrales Schneiden von Reifen erhalten werden.
  3. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reifenhälften (1, 1', 1'') dergestalt angeordnet sind, daß sich ihr offener Schnitt (20) gegenüber der mit Öffnungen (7) versehenen Frontwand (6) befindet, so daß der Effekt der Fokussierung der Schallwellen erzeugt wird.
  4. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reifenhälften (1, 1', 1'') so angeordnet sind, daß sich ihre Lauffläche (19) gegenüber der mit Öffnungen (7) versehenen Frontwand (6) befindet, so daß der Effekt der Divergenz der Schallwellen erzeugt wird.
  5. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reifenhälften (1) auf ihrer Lauffläche (19) Perforierungen (10) aufweisen.
  6. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einheitlichen Strukturen ganze Reifen (18, 18', 18'') sind, die mit ihrer Lauffläche (19) in gegenseitigem Kontakt angeordnet sind, wobei eine ihrer Seitenflächen (21) der Geräuschquelle zugewandt ist.
  7. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie absorbierende, gelöcherte Deckel (15, 15') besitzt, die in den Felgenlöchern der Reifen (18, 18') angeordnet sind, so daß die Einführung und Einfangung des Schalls in den die schalltoten Einzelkammern bildenden Reifen begünstigt wird, wobei die Deckel (15, 15') je nach ihrer Form einen Effekt der Divergenz oder der Fokusierung der Schallwellen erzeugen.
  8. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit Öffnungen versehene Frontwand (6) Rippen (8) besitzt, die von angelenkten oder feststehenden Lamellen gebildet werden, die dazu geeignet sind, das Eindringen der Schallwellen zu organisieren.
  9. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten (C1-C3) aus zwei Seitenwänden (3; 3', 16), einem Boden (5), einer Rückplatte (2, 2'), einem Deckel (4) und der Öffnungen (7) aufweisenden Frontwand (6) besteht, wobei letztere zur Geräuschquelle hin angeordnet ist.
  10. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine erste Reihe von Reifen (18') oder Reifenteilen (1'), die mit der mit Öffnungen versehenen Frontwand (6) in Kontakt sind, und eine zweite Reihe von Reifen (18'') oder Reifenteilen (1'') umfaßt, wobei die beiden Reihen von Reifen oder Reifenteilen durch eine Wand (11) getrennt sind, die zusammen mit der Rückplatte(2) eine schalltote Kammer umgrenzt.
  11. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, 8, 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reifenhälften (1, 1', 1'') übereinandergestapelt sind, wobei sie mit ihren Seitenflächen in Kontakt sind.
  12. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Trennplatten (9) zwischen zwei benachbarten Reifenhälften (1) besitzt.
  13. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennplatten (9) eine absorbierende Zellstruktur besitzen.
  14. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit Öffnungen versehene Frontwand (6) eine absorbierende Zellstruktur besitzt.
  15. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bestandteile (2-6; 2', 3', 16, 4-6) des Kastens (C1-C3) profiliert sind, um seine Steifigkeit zu erhöhen.
  16. Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wände und Platten (2-6; 2', 3', 16, 4-6) des Kastens und/oder das Innere der Reifen (18, 18', 18'') oder der Reifenteile (1, 1', 1'') mit einem absorbierenden Werkstoff (17) bedeckt sind.
  17. Lärmschutzwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch vertikales und/oder horizontales Nebeneinandersetzen von Schall- und Schwingungsdämpfungsvorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 gebildet ist.
