Claims (2)

  1. Procédé pour insérer et raccorder des composants (6,7,8,9,10) et des bornes (12,13,18) dans un flasque (1) d'une bobine, caractérisé par le fait qu'on introduit les composants (6,7,8,9,10) par leurs corps dans des ouvertures (14,15) d'une tôle de liaison prédécoupée (11) et qu'on applique leurs bornes (16) à plat sur la tôle (11), qu'ensuite on fixe par soudage ou brasage les bornes (16) à la tôle (11) et qu'ensuite on retire par découpage la tôle de liaison (11) conformément à la liaison électrique des composants que l'on insère alors dans des évidements (2,3) du flasque de bobine (1), et qu'ensuite, on établit la liaison électrique en enroulant les extrémités du fil de bobine et les fils de liaison avec les composants (6,7,8,9,10) au niveau des bornes (12,13,18) de la tôle de liaison (11).
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'avant le soudage, on dépose une tôle soudable de recouvrement (17) sur les bornes (16) des composants.
