In FIG 1 ist der Flansch 1 des Spulenkörpers mit Ausnehmungen 2, 3 versehen, in dem die zu Baugruppen 4, 5 zusammengefaßten Bauteile, im vorliegenden Fall die Dioden 6, 7, 8, 9 und die Zenerdiode 10 eingelegt sind. Vor dem Einlegen sind die Bauelemente in ein Verbindungsblech 11 eingelegt, dessen Rohling aus FIG 2 zu ersehen ist. Das Verbindungsblech ist am oberen Ende als Steckanschlußhälfte 18 ausgebildet und es besitzt jeweils zwei Anwickelanschlüsse 12, 13 sowie Öffnungen 14, 15, in die Dioden 6 - 9 bzw. die Zenerdiode 10 mit ihren Körpern eingelegt werden können, wie dies FIG 3 zeigt. Die Dioden liegen hier mit ihren Anschlüssen 16 auf dem Verbindungsblech auf und sind über Abdeckschweißbleche 17 mit dem Verbindungsblech 11 elektrisch und mechanisch verbunden. Die FIG 3 zeigt mit gestrichelten Linien, welche Teile des Verbindungsbleches ausgestanzt werden, um die elektrische Verbindung zwischen den Dioden herzustellen. Hernach werden die Baugruppen in die Ausnehmungen 2, 3 eingelegt. Das Verbindungsblech für die Ausnehmung 2 weist lediglich zwei Dioden 8, 9 auf und ist mit dem Verbindungsblech für die Ausnehmung 3 identisch, bis auf die Steckanschlußhhälfte 18, die spiegelbildlich auf der entgegengesetzten Seite vorgesehen ist. Nach dem Einlegen der Baugruppen wird die Spule bewickelt. Die Verbindung der Diode 6 und der Zenerdiode 10 mit der Diode 9 erfolgt über die Anwickelanschlüsse 12, wobei eine Windung im Spulenkörper aus Festigkeitsgründen umwickelt wird. Die Verbindung der Diode 7 mit der Zenerdiode 10 und der Diode 8 erfolgt über die Anwickelstifte 13 am Ende der Spulenwicklung ebenfalls über eine Windung im Spulenkörper. Die Anwickelstifte 12, 13 sind zugleich die Anwickelstifte für die gesamte Spulenwicklung, nämlich Wicklungsanfang 19 und Wicklungsende 20. Der Anschluß der Spule erfolgt über die Steckanschlußhälften 18. Claims (2)

  1. Method for introducing and connecting components (6,7,8,9,10) and terminals (12,13,18) in a coil flange (1) of a coil, characterized in that the components (6,7,8,9,10) are introduced into a previously punched connecting plate (11) with its bodies in openings (14, 15) and with its terminals (16) resting on the plate (11), after which the terminals (16) are welded or brazed to the plate (11) and thereafter the connecting plate (11) is punched freely corresponding to the electrical connection of the components which are then placed into recesses (2,3) of the coil flange (1) and subsequently the electrical connection is produced through the winding of the coil-wire ends and connection wires to the components (6,7,8,9,10) to the terminals (12,13,18) of the connecting plate (11).
