Definitions
- the invention is based on a hydrostatic piston machine according to the preamble of the main claim.
- the rotor slides or rotates with one of its end faces on a control means, for example a control mirror.
- control means usually have at least two approximately concentrically arranged passages (control slots) which are spatially separated from one another and which are connected on the one hand to an inlet channel or an inlet channel and on the other alternately in connection with the pump work spaces.
- control slots control slots
- the hydrostatic piston machine according to the invention with the characterizing features of the main claim has the advantage that the thrust bearing is subject to little wear and therefore has a long service life.
- Figure 1 a radial piston pump designed according to the invention in longitudinal section.
- Figure 2 shows a plan view of a thrust bearing and
- Figure 3 shows a side view of this thrust bearing, partially in section.
- Figure 4 shows a section along IV-IV of Figure 2.
- the radial piston machine shown in FIG. 1 has a housing 10 with an approximately cylindrical interior 11 and is closed by a cover 12. In the interior 11, a cam ring 13 is mounted, on the curved inside 14 sliding shoes 15 are guided. These are connected to pistons 16 which are arranged in approximately radial bores 17 of a rotor 18.
- the rotor 18 is arranged on a drive shaft 21 in a rotationally fixed but axially displaceable manner via a spline toothing 20. This is on the one hand in a through hole 22 in the housing 10 and on the other hand in a through hole 23 in the cover 12 by slide bearings 24 and 25, respectively.
- a disc 27 is also fixedly attached, which is part of a known (DE-OS 39 05 936) thrust compensation device 28.
- This disk 27 is supported on a shaft shoulder 29 of the drive shaft 21 between the rotor 18 and the housing cover 12, and interacts with compensating pistons 30 in the rotor which are subjected to high pressure.
- a support disk 32 is fixedly attached to its end located in the housing 10, which is supported on the base 33 of a recess 34 extending around the bore 22 in the housing. Between the base 33 of the recess 34 and the support disk 32, an annular disk-shaped axial bearing 35 is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner with respect to the housing 10.
- the recess 34 is closed off from the outside by a further housing cover 36.
- An axially extending channel 38 opens into each bore 17 of the rotor 18 in the vicinity of the drive shaft 21. When the rotor 18 is rotating, this can be connected alternately with approximately kidney-shaped openings 39 and 40 of an inlet channel 41 and outlet channel 42 running in the housing 10.
- a pressure medium connection 44 leads from the inlet channel 41 to the depression 34.
- annular control mirror 43 is arranged between the rotor 18 and the housing 10 in the region of the openings 39, 40 or the channels 38.
- the axial bearing 35 shown in more detail in FIGS. 2-4 is inserted into a flat, cylindrical depression 45 on the base 33 of the depression 34.
- the outer diameter of the thrust bearing 35 corresponds to the diameter of the depression 45 and is somewhat smaller than the diameter of the support disk 32.
- the depth of the depression 45 is less than the thickness of the thrust bearing 35, so that the support disk 32 is not in operation on the housing 10 or the Reason 33 of the recess 34 abuts.
- the inner diameter of the thrust bearing 35 is larger than the diameter of the drive shaft 21.
- the thrust bearing 35 has a through bore 46 which, in the installed state, interacts with a pin (not shown) in the depression 45 as an anti-rotation device.
- the recess 34 which is closed off by the housing cover 36, is connected to the inlet channel 41 via the pressure medium connection 44 and is filled with pressure medium, so that 35 pressure medium is also present in the recesses 47-49 of the axial bearing.
- the service life of the thrust bearing and the support washer are significantly increased.
- the depressions 47-49 and the pressure chamber 52 can be introduced into the axial bearing by a simple stamping process, so that it can also be produced simply and inexpensively. Due to the hydrostatic partial relief, an increase in service life is achieved at low additional production costs even at very high pressures.
