Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Installationsblock mit mindestens einem WC-Becken, Waschbecken oder dergleichen, der wenigstens an seinen beiden gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Seiten tragende Profilelemente aufweist, und der mit Wandstützgriffen und/oder Stützklappgriffen ausrüstbar ist.
  • Bei den bekannten derartigen Installationsblöcken sind die Griffkonstruktionen, welche Behinderten die Benutzung der jeweiligen Sanitäranlage erleichtern, an tragenden Teilen des Installationsblocks angeschweißt. Diese Installationsblöcke stellen daher Sonderausführungen dar, welche im Vergleich zu den normalen Installationsblöcken ohne solche Griffe nur in entsprechend kleinen Serien aufgelegt werden und daher entsprechend teuer kommen. Außerdem wird durch die Schweißarbeiten der Oberflächen-Schutzüberzug der tragenden Teile beschädigt, so daß dort Rost ansetzen kann.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die obigen Mängel zu beseitigen und einen Installationsblock zu schaffen, welcher als Serienblock ohne Veränderung seines Grundaufbaus und ohne Schweißarbeiten mit Wandstützgriffen und/oder Stützklappgriffen versehen werden kann.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung wird obige Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß an den Profilelementen an beiden vertikalen Seiten des Installationsblocks ausgesteifte Winkelstücke mit einem Schenkel hochkant so anschraubbar sind, daß der andere Schenkel der Winkelstücke seitlich nach außen ragt und seine Aussenseite mit der Vorderseite des Installationsblocks im wesentlichen fluchtet, und daß an den nach außen ragenden Schenkeln der Winkelstücke die Wandstützgriffe und/oder Stützklappgriffe befestigt sind. Dadurch kann vorteilhaft ein herkömmlicher Serien-Installationsblock ohne Veränderung seiner Grundkonstruktion mit Griffkonstruktionen für Behinderte ausgerüstet werden. Die ausgesteiften Winkelstücke sind wechselseitig verwendbar und dadurch, daß sie an Profilelementen an beiden vertikalen Seiten des Installationsblocks angeschraubt werden, vorzugsweise unter Verwendung von sogenannten Einziehmuttern, wird der Rostschutzüberzug (in der Regel Zinküberzug) der Profilelemente praktisch nicht beschädigt. Die ausgesteiften Winkelstücke bringen ferner den Vorteil, daß im Falle einer "Einmauerung" des Installationsblocks die seitlich nach außen ragenden Schenkel der Winkelstücke zusätzlich am Mauerwerk verankert werden können. Gleichwohl ist die erfindungsgemäße Tragskonstruktion für die Wandstützgriffe und/oder Stützklappgriffe auch für Installationsblöcke geeignet, die in sogenannte Leichtbauwände installiert werden oder für die sogenannten Vorwandinstallation vorgesehen sind.
  • Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor. So ist eine preiswerte und gleichwohl sehr stabile Ausführungsform der Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelstücke aus U-Profilblech hergestellt sind, wobei die Flansche am oberen und unteren Rand der Winkelstücke einander zugekehrt und an der Knickstelle der Winkelstücke auf Gehrung geschnitten und verschweißt sind. In diesem Fall genügt eine Blechdicke für die U-Profilbleche von ca. 4 mm.
  • Eine weitere, gleichfalls preiswerte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelstücke aus streifenförmigem Blechmaterial hergestellt und oben und unten durch angeschweißte Knotenbleche ausgesteift sind.
  • Wenn nach noch einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung die Winkelstücke mit verschiedenen Bohrlochbildern zum Anschrauben unterschiedlicher Ausführungen von Wandstützgriffen und/oder Stützklappgriffen versehen sind, wird ihre Einsatzmöglichkeit vergrößert und die Lagerhaltung der Winkelstücke vereinfacht.
  • Die Erfindung wird anschließend anhand der Zeichnungen von Ausführungsbeispielen erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Der als Ausführungsbeispiel gewählte Installationsblock 10 weist einen Zargenrahmen 11 in Form eines umgekehrten U auf, an dessen beiden vertikalen Profilelementen (Blechprofilen) 12 ein nach unten aus dem Zargenrahmen 11 herausragendes Traggestell 12 befestigt ist. Das Traggestell 12 umfaßt zwei vertikale Schienen 13, an deren unteren Enden ein Querholm 14 angeschweißt ist. An deren äußeren Enden dieses Querholms 14 sind höhenverstellbare Fußstützen 15 angeordnet, deren Fußplatten an dem Rohboden des jeweiligen Naßraums befestigt werden. An dem Traggestell 12 wird der jeweilige Sanitärkörper befestigt, z. B. ein in Fig. 4 in gestrichelten Linien angedeutetes WC-Becken 16. Das WC-Becken 16 wird von einem innerhalb des Zargenrahmens 11 angeordneten Spülkasten über ein Spülrohr mit Spülwasser versorgt (nicht gezeigt). Hinter dem Traggestell 12 befindet sich unterhalb des Zargenrahmens 11 ein Montageraum für einen Ablaufbogen für das Abwasser aus dem WC-Becken 16. Die innerhalb des Zargenrahmens 11 befindlichen Teile, wie z. B. der Spülkasten, das Spülrohr und weitere Versorgungsleitungen, Armaturen und Bedienungselemente sind in schalldämmendes Isoliermaterial eingebettet. Die Vorderseite des Installationsblocks 10 ist beispielsweise durch zwei Abdeckelemente 17 und 18 abgeschlossen, die jeweils aus einem Streckmetallgitter bestehen. Das Abdeckelement 17 ist an drei Seiten in einem Falz am Zargenrahmen 11 befestigt, während das untere Abdeckelement 18 an einem U-förmigen Rahmen fixiert ist, der am Traggestell befestigt ist. Diese Streckmetallgitter dienen im Falle einer "Einmauerung" des Installationsblocks 10 als Putzträger.
  • Der vorstehend beschriebene Installationsblock 10 ist ein Serienprodukt, das im Normalfall so eingesetzt wird. Für Spezialfälle, bei welchen der Installationsblock 10 in einer Sanitäranlage für Behinderte zur Anwendung kommt, erfolgt eine Zurüstung mit Griffkonstruktionen, welche nachstehend beschrieben wird.
  • An beiden vertikalen Profilelementen 12 des in der Regel aus verzinktem Stahlblech hergestellten Zargenrahmens 11 wird auf gleicher Höhe je ein ausgesteiftes Winkelstück 19 mit einem Schenkel 20 hochkant so angeschraubt, daß der andere Schenkel 21 seitlich nach außen ragt. Die Anordnung ist ferner so getroffen, daß die Außenseite der Schenkel 21 der Winkelstücke 19 mit der Vorderseite des Installationsblocks 10 bzw. mit dem Abdeckelement 17 im wesentlichen fluchtet. Die der Befestigung der Winkelstücke 19 dienenden Schrauben 22 sind in Fig. 2 und 3 nur schematisch angedeutet und sie werden in sogenannte Einziehmuttern eingedreht, welche in den Profilelementen 12 des Zargenrahmens 11 verankert sind. Bei dem in den Figuren 1 bis 4 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel bestehen die Winkelstücke 19 aus U-Profilblechteilen. Die Flansche 23 am oberen und unteren Rand der Winkelstücke 19 sind an der Knickstelle der Winkelstücke 19 auf Gehrung geschnitten und verschweißt, wodurch eine biegesteife stabile Winkelkonstruktion geschaffen wird.
  • An den Schenkeln 21 der Winkelstücke 19 ist beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 links ein Wand-Stützgriff 24 und rechts ein Stütz-Klappgriff 25 befestigt, vorzugsweise angeschraubt Die Schenkel 21 der Winkelstücke 19 sind mit verschiedenen Bohrlochbildern versehen, so daß man unterschiedliche Fabrikate von Wandstützgriffen 24 und Stützklappgriffen 25 anschrauben kann. In Abweichung vom Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 1 können am linken und rechten Winkelstück 19 auch gleichartige Griffe sowohl in ortsfester, als auch in klappbarer Konstruktion angeordnet werden.
  • Im Falle der "Einmauerung" des Installationsblocks 10 (Fig. 4) können vorteilhaft die Schenkel 21 der Winkelstücke 19 am Mauerwerk z. B. mittels Schrauben und Dübel 26 verankert werden. Die Außenseiten der Schenkel 21 werden vor der Montage der Griffkonstruktionen zweckmäßig mit einem Putzträger 27 verkleidet. Die Winkelstücke 19 sind wechselseitig verwendbar.
  • Eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Winkelstückes 19' ist in Fig. 5 gezeigt. Dieses ist aus streifenförmigem Blechmaterial hergestellt und oben und unten mit angeschweißten Knotenblechen 28 versehen, um die erforderliche Aussteifung zu erzielen. Durch die Vermeidung von Schweißarbeiten bei der Befestigung der Winkelstücke 19 bzw. 19' am Zargenrahmen 11 wird vorteilhaft eine Beschädigung von dessen Zinküberzug vermieden, so daß auch keine Korrosion auftreten kann.

Claims (4)

  1. Installationsblock (10) mit mindestens einem WC-Becken, Waschbecken oder dergleichen, der wenigstens an seinen beiden gegenüberliegenden vertikalen Seiten tragende Profilelemente (12) aufweist, und der mit Wandstützgriffen (24) und/oder Stützklappgriffen (25) ausrüstbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Profilelementen (12) an beiden vertikalen Seiten des Installationsblocks (10) ausgesteifte Winkelstücke (19) mit einem Schenkel (20) hochkant so anschraubbar sind, daß der andere Schenkel (21) der Winkelstücke (19) seitlich nach außen ragt und seine Außenseite mit der Vorderseite des Installationsblocks (10) im wesentlichen fluchtet, und daß an den nach außen ragenden Schenkeln (21) der Winkelstücke (19) die Wandstützgriffe (24) und/oder Stützklappgriffe (25) befestigt sind.
  2. Installationsblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelstücke (19) aus U-Profilblech hergestellt sind, wobei die Flansche (23) am oberen und unteren Rand der Winkelstücke (19) einander zugekehrt und an der Knickstelle der Winkelstücke (19) auf Gehrung geschnitten und verschweißt sind.
  3. Installationsblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelstücke (19') aus streifenförmigem Blechmaterial hergestellt und oben und unten durch angeschweißte Knotenbleche (28) ausgesteift sind.
  4. Installationsblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelstücke (19) mit verschiedenen Bohrlochbildern zum Anschrauben unterschiedlicher Ausführungen von Wandstützgriffen (24) und/oder Stützklappgriffen (25) versehen sind.
