Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Zerstäuben einer beim Trocknen aushärtbaren Flüssigkeit, insbesondere eines Lacks, die in einem Behälter (2) enthalten ist, der eine Öffnung (3) aufweist, die mit einer Pumpe (5) ausgestattet ist, die durch einen über dem Pumpenkörper (6) befindlichen Druckknopf (9) betätigbar ist und welche die gepumpte Flüssigkeit durch einen Zerstäuber (10) fördert, der eine in dem Druckknopf vorgesehene Zerstäuberdüse (13) umfaßt, wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens teilweise in den Druckknopf integrierte Ausstoßmittel (E) für die im Inneren des Zerstäubers (10) enthaltene Flüssigkeit umfaßt, ferner Luftverdichtungsmittel (C) und Auslaßmittel (F) für die komprimierte Luft durch den Zerstäuber (10), welche durch das Hineindrücken des Druckknopfes betätigt werden, wobei die Auslaßmittel (F) für die komprimierte Luft in dem Druckknopf vorgesehene Durchlaßmittel (19,20) und Verschlußmittel (23) für diese Durchlaßmittel umfassen, wobei die Verschlußmittel (23) eine unter der Einwirkung von elastischen Mitteln (25) stehende Klappe (23) umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den elastischen Mitteln der Klappe (23) entwickelte Kraft, trotz des von den Luftverdichtungsmitteln beim Hineindrücken des Druckknopfes erzeugten Luftdrucks, groß genug ist, die Klappe (23) verschlossen zu halten und daß Betätigungsmittel (26) zur Öffnung der Klappe (23) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Betätigungsmittel (26) einen Anschlag (27) umfassen, der am Ende des Eindrückweges des Druckknopfes (9) gegen die Klappe (23) in Anlage kommt, um diese von ihrem Sitz zu entfernen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftverdichtungsmittel (C) eine verformbare Hülle (14) umfassen, die auf dem Rand (4) der Öffnung (3) des Behälters befestigt und mit dem Druckknopf (9) so verbunden ist, daß eine abgeschlossene Kammer (18) gebildet wird, wobei der Druckknopf (9) beim Hineindrücken wie ein Kolben wirkt, um die in der Kammer (18) enthaltene Luft zu komprimieren.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in dem Druckknopf vorgesehenen Durchlaßmittel (19,20) an einem Ende mit der Kammer (18) kommunizieren und an ihrem anderen Ende in den Zerstäuber (10) in Richtung Düse (13) münden.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchlaßmittel (19,20) einen zur Behälterachse (2) und Eindrückrichtung des Druckknopfes parallelen Längskanal (19) und eine Querleitung (20) umfassen, die auf einer Seite mit einem Kanal (12) des Zerstäubers (10) für den Austritt der Flüssigkeit Richtung Düse (13) verbunden ist und auf der anderen Seite mit einer Ausnehmung (21) kommuniziert, die mit dem Längskanal (19) verbunden ist, wobei die Verschlußmittel (23) in der Ausnehmung angeordnet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (23) einen in der Ausnehmung (21) befindlichen Sitz aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (27) aus einem zur Behälterachse im wesentlichen parallelen, aber zu dieser Achse radial versetzten Schaft besteht, der in den Längskanal (19) eindringen kann, der in der mit der Klappe ausgestatteten Ausnehmung (21) mündet.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verformbare Mantel, der die abgeschlossene Kammer (18) begrenzt, aus einem Ziehharmonikaartigen Blasebalg (15) aus nachgiebigem Material besteht, der im unteren Bereich einen Kragen (16) umfaßt, der den Rand der Behälteröffnung (3) bedeckt, und an seinem anderen Ende (17) dicht mit dem Druckknopf (9) verbunden ist.
