- Vorverdichtungspumpe (1, 101, 201) für die konstante Druckzerstäubung einer Flüssigkeit, mit folgenden Merkmalen:ein zylindrischer Körper (3, 103, 203), der eine zylindrische Pumpenkammer (2, 102 202, 302, 402) festlegt, die eine Rotationsachse (X) aufweist und in der ein erster Kolben (7, 107, 207) untergebracht ist, der einem Betätigungsorgan (6, 106, 206) zugeordnet ist, wobei dieser Kolben in Anlage gegen erste, elastische Rückstellmittel (9, 109, 209) steht, die in dieser Kammer (2, 102, 202, 302, 402) angeordnet sind;eine zylindrische Vorverdichtungskammer (5, 105, 205, 305, 405), die eine Rotationsachse (Y) aufweist und mit einem zweiten Kolben (10, 110, 210, 310, 410) versehen ist, der in Anlage gegen zweite elastische Rückstellmittel (11, 111, 211, 311, 411) steht, wobei die Vorverdichtungskammer in Verbindung mit der Pumpenkammer (2, 102, 202) steht;ein Einspeisungskanal (4, 104, 204), der mit einem Rückschlagventil (4a, 15; 104a, 115; 204a, 215, 315, 415) versehen ist und in die Pumpenkammer (2, 102, 202, 302, 402) einmündet;ein Spendeelement (17, 117, 217), das mit einer Zerstäubungsdüse (20, 120, 220) und einem Spendekanal (18, 118, 218, 318, 418) versehen ist, der die Düse mit der Vorverdichtungskammer verbindet, wobei diese Vorverdichtungskammer gleitende Mittel (F) zum Anschluß und zum Absperren des genannten Spendekanals derart aufweisen, daß der Anschluß in der Ruhelage der Pumpe unterbrochen ist, und daß die Verbindung bei der Vorverdichtung unter Einwirkung des Betätigungsorgans hergestellt ist, wobei die gleitenden Mittel (F) zum Anschluß und zum Absperren dann einen Kanal zwischen der Vorverdichtungskammer und dem Spendekanal (18, 118, 218, 318, 418) herstellen, und wobei die Achse (Y) der Vorverdichtungskammer (5, 105, 205, 305, 405) in Bezug auf die Achse (X) der Pumpenkammer (2, 102, 302, 402) versetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorverdichtungskammer (5, 105, 205, 305, 405) in der Verlängerung der Pumpenkammer (2, 102, 202, 302, 402) liegt, und daß die Flüssigkeit, die in der Pumpenkammer (2, 102, 202, 302, 402) enthalten ist, unmittelbaren Zutritt zur Vorverdichtungskammer (5, 105, 205, 305, 405) ohne Zwischenschaltung eines Ventils während der Wirkung der Betätigungsmittel (6, 106, 206) hat.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (20, 120, 220) in Bezug auf den Körper (3, 103, 203) der Pumpe festgelegt ist.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zerstäubungsdüse (20, 120, 220) mit einer Zerstäubungsöffnung (21, 121, 221) ausgestattet ist, die in einer Achse (Z) ausgerichtet ist, die senkrecht zur Achse (X) steht.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleitenden Mittel (F) zum Anschluß und zum Absperren von einer ringförmigen Lippe (10a, 210a, 310a, 410a,) gebildet sind, die fest mit dem zweiten Kolben (10, 210, 310, 410) verbunden ist.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleitenden Mittel (F) zum Anschluß und zum Absperren von einem Dorn (110a) gebildet sind, der an einem Teil (110b) des zweiten Kolbens (110) ausgebildet ist, der dem ersten Kolben (107) zugewandt ist und imstande ist, eine Verlängerung (118a) des Spendekanals (118) parallel zur Achse (Y) zu versperren.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (X), (Y) und (Z) in derselben Ebene gelegen sind.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten elastischen Rückstellmittel (9, 109, 209) von einer wendelförmigen Feder gebildet sind.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten elastischen Rückstellmittel (11, 111,, 211, 311, 411) von einer wendelförmigen Feder gebildet sind.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückschlagventil von einer Kugel (15, 115, 215, 315, 415) gebildet ist, die in einem kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt (4a, 104a, 204a) des Einspeisungskanals (4, 104, 204) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorverdichtungskammer (5, 205, 305, 405) einen Kapillarkanal (23a) aufweist, der diese Vorverdichtungskammer und den Vorratsbehälter (24) in Verbindung setzt.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorverdichtungskammer (5, 205, 305, 405) mit Mitteln (5a, 23a; 305a, 310c, 310h, 323a, 323b; 405a, 405c, 423) zum Anlegen des Atmosphärendrucks versehen ist.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (5a, 23; 305a, 310c, 310h, 323a, 323b; 405a, 405c, 423) zum Anlegen des Atmosphärendrucks eine Luftaufnahmeöffnung (5a, 305a, 405a), eine Verbindung (23a, 323a, 423a) zwischen der Vorverdichtungskammer (5, 105, 205, 305, 405) und dem Vorratsbehälter (24, 224) und Abdichtmittel (10e, 310h-323a, 410e) aufweisen, die fest mit dem zweiten Kolben (10, 210, 310, 410) verbunden sind, wobei diese Abdichtmittel in der Ruhelage der Pumpe wirksam sind und in der Betätigungslage unwirksam.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtmittel (10e, 410e) eine ringförmige Lippe sind, die in dichter Berührung mit der zylindrischen Wand der Vorverdichtungskammer steht, und daß die genannte Wand eine Rippe (5c, 405c) aufweist, die die Lippe von der genannten zylindrischen Wand während der Betätigung der Lippe abspreizt.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtmittel ein aufgeweiteter Zylinderring (310h) sind, der vom zweiten Kolben (310) getragen ist, daß dieser Ring in Ruhelage der Pumpe in dichter Berührung mit der Wand der Verbindung (323a) steht, und daß dieser Ring von der Verbindungswand während der Betätigung der Pumpe abgespreizt wird.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel, die die Ingangsetztung der Pumpe während der ersten Benutzung erleichtern, zwischen dem ersten (7, 107, 207) und dem zweiten (10, 110, 210, 310, 410) Kolben angeordnet sind.
- Vorverdichtungspumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, die die Ingangsetzung der Pumpe erleichtern, ein mittiger Dorn (10d, 310d, 410d) sind, der auf einer oberen Platte (10f, 210f) des zweiten Kolbens (10, 210) gelegen ist, und daß dieser Dorn in Anlage gegen den ersten Kolben (7, 207) gelangt, wenn sich dieser in einer Position befindet, in der das Volumen der Pumpenkammer (2, 202) bei einem Minimum liegt.
- Spendeanordnung für eine Flüssigkeit in Form von Tröpfchen, mit einem Vorratsbehälter (24, 124, 214) für die zu spendende Flüssigkeit, über dem eine Vorverdichtungspumpe (1, 101, 201) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 angebracht ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zur Befestigung (16, 16a, 16b; 116; 116a, 116b; 216, 216a, 216b) der Pumpe auf dem Vorratsbehälter vorgesehen sind, der die zerstäubende Flüssigkeit enthält.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel ein scheibenförmiges Element (16, 116, 216) aufweisen, das sich radial vom Körper (3, 103, 203) der Pumpe erstreckt und einen Umfangsabschnitt aufweist, der als eine zylindrische Schürze (16a, 116a, 216a) ausgebildet ist, die auf ihrer Innenseite mit einem Rastwulst (16b, 116b, 216b) versehen ist, der dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einer entsprechenden, ringförmigen Fadenausbildung (26, 126, 226) zusammenzuwirken, die auf einm Hals (25, 125, 225) des Vorratsbehälters (24, 124, 224) ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (6, 106, 206) mittels eines Hebelarmes (230) betätigt ist.
