Claims (3)
- Mikrowellenantenne mit optoelektronischer Strahlausrichtung, die einerseits eine Matrix (2) von optisch gesteuerten Elementarreflektoren mit einem lichtdurchlässigen Substrat (20) aus einem dielektrischen Material mit geringen Mikrowellenverlusten, mit einer Schicht (21) von matrixartig verteilten fotoleitenden Elementen auf der den Mikrowellen ausgesetzten Seite des Substrats und mit einer lichtdurchlässigen leitenden Elektrode (22) auf der entgegengesetzten Seite, und andererseits Mittel (3, 4, 5) zur selektiven Belichtung der fotoleitenden Elemente aufweist, die diese Elemente von einem elektrisch isolierenden Zustand in einen elektrisch leitenden Zustand und umgekehrt bringen können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrix von fotoleitenden Elementen ein Raster aufweist, das das Raster der Matrix von Elementarreflektoren übertastet.
- Antenne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrix von fotoleitenden Elementen ein Raster hat, das das Raster des Netzes von Elementarreflektoren mit einem Übertastungsfaktor 4 übertastet, so daß jedem Elementarreflektor ein Quadrat von 16 fotoleitenden Elementen zugeordnet ist.
- Antenne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die fotoleitenden Elemente, die einem Elementarreflektor zugeordnet sind, derart selektiv belichtet werden, daß sich Konfigurationen von leitenden bzw. elektrisch isolierenden Elementen ergeben, die bezüglich einer Drehung um π/2 invariabel sind.
