Definitions
- the invention relates to a flushing pipe according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a rinsing device for whirling up the base material is known from DE-C-184369.
- the swirled up Material of the reason may be larger Stretch vcm water of the water transported away be so that by the whirling process Water depth can also be increased further advantageously can.
- Adequate flow for removal the whirled up material can be washed with a rinsing device can also be created artificially.
- the proboscis preferably pulled across the bottom of the water, whereby suction channels are created in the bottom of the water, that look like furrows. This Channels become through the subsequent whirling process leveled or the reason is preferred lowered nccn lower.
- the swirled base material used a flow be this flow being artificial or natural can be.
- a flushing device artificially generated flow targeted and if possible directed to a certain basic area be so the flow in that particular Base area with a particularly large claw the whirled up Basic material can drive on.
- a flushing pipe of a flushing device the is equipped with a water guiding surface.
- the flushable flushing pipe of the above Documentation is in as a section of the flushing line Working position preferably about dwars to the ship arranged, i.e. transversely to the longitudinal axis of the ship, and that roughly parallel to the base plane.
- This flush pipe can therefore, covering a certain working range, pulled from a ship by land like this would also traditionally be the case with a rake, but the flushing pipe is advantageously not on the Must be on the ground, so not so easily with obstacles can get stuck like a rake. So a reason can also be leveled out on the boulder or the like.
- the rinsing device With the jet streams the rinsing device becomes the space caught and leveled between these boulders, wherein the flush line section is still above the Boulders there may be flush pipe in (regular) Distances to each other approximately radially directed, (diagonally) basic nozzles with which flushing medium jets be generated.
- the invention has for its object a flushing pipe of the type mentioned at the beginning, with which the water depth of a body of water can be enlarged and left as flat a bottom of the water as possible will improve so that the naturally existing and / or that artificially generated with the flushing medium Flow with the water guide surface even more concentrated and more targeted to a certain basic area is forwarded.
- the water guiding surface has one according to the invention Angle of attack in the angular range between radial and tangential, preferably at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the radial direction, such that between the guide surface and the ground a wedge shape is formed.
- Angle of attack in the angular range between radial and tangential, preferably at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the radial direction, such that between the guide surface and the ground a wedge shape is formed.
- Rinse pipe pre-drivable for example with a Ship, so the higher edge of the water guide surface in the direction of travel of the ship, as from this direction at least the current due to the speed of travel of the ship is to be expected.
- This driving current is advantageous due to the water guiding surface used to further lower the ground.
- the lower one facing away from the current Edge of the inclined guide surface is preferred led just above the bottom, so that the flowing into the wedge shape between the base and the contact surface Water through a narrow gap between the pour the lower edge of the guide surface and the bottom must, whereby it pulls the base material so strongly that the Is hollowed down behind the contact surface, that is, one behind the area of the contact surface Level arises because the reason is in the area behind the guide surface is lowered by the flowing water.
- the water surface is preferred with one of them Longitudinal edges (directly) on the outer circumference of the flushing pipe scheduled.
- the contact surface can essentially be a sheet that is welded to the pipe is.
- the guide surface is preferably a quarter circumference the flushing pipe away from the nozzle or nozzles, preferably a little less distant.
- the nozzles In the working position of the flushing pipe, the nozzles in the essentially down towards the bottom, preferably slightly tilted while the guide surface is arranged on the front of the flushing pipe, whereby the front is to be understood as the side which facing the expected flow or Direction of travel of the ship pulling the flushing device.
- the contact surface extends essentially along the flushing pipe.
- the guide surface runs parallel to the flushing pipe Has a crease edge along which the contact surface in Direction is bent away from the flushing pipe.
- the Guide surface preferably designed so that the fixed Section of the guide surface is so long that the free, kinked section of the contact surface approximately identical to the cover with that parallel to the radial mentioned extending tangent. So while in working position of the flushing pipe the one attached to the flushing pipe fixed section of the guide surface directed obliquely to the bottom the free, kinked section runs approximately parallel to the bottom, so that overall the flowing Water in a kind of trained from the Leif Design Funnel can flow in and towards the bottom is directed to rinsing the bottom.
- the invention provides that perpendicular to the guide surface arranged, the area under the contact surface in Fan-dividing, console-like stiffening ribs are provided are. These ribs don't just stiffen them Guide surface, but form subjects that act as flow channels could be considered for the water.
- the contact surface is preferably designed as a guide plate
- Fig. 1 shows a dredger in side view.
- This dredger points in particular in connection a spreadable with an excavator Suction proboscis 1, which can be deployed and swung down is that its free end over the bottom 2 of a body of water can be pulled, in which Reason 2 for increasing the water depth of channels 3 be dredged.
- This excavator device with Suction nozzle 1 is in the area of the bow of the dredger arranged.
- the dredger In the stern area, the dredger has a flushing device 4 with a flush line 5.
- a section the flushing line 5 is a flushing pipe 6, which dwars, i.e. transverse to the longitudinal direction of the ship. In 1 drawn with solid lines in FIG Working position, this flush pipe 6 is just above that Reason 2 held and runs under the rear area of the ship.
- the flushing line 5 can be brought into a rest position, which are indicated in Fig. 1 with dash-dotted lines is where the flush line is above the water surface and is parallel to the water surface, the flushing pipe 6 runs behind the stern of the ship.
- the flush line 5 with its free ends swiveling in the area of the ship's side wall arranged.
- a top view of the dredger 1 shows, in particular can be removed, that the flushing line 5 is essentially U-shaped is, the rinsing tube 6 is the basis of this U-shape represents.
- Fig. 3 shows the stern area of the dredger 1 in side view again in an enlarged view Presentation.
- FIG. 3 In this illustration of Fig. 3 is particular the suction line 5 is shown again in more detail, also in their movements when swiveling up and down.
- the flush line points in both of them Leg areas essentially two joints each 7 and 8 on which they are pivoted or angled can be.
- the flushing pipe 6 can be pivoted about the joint 8 and additionally around a joint 9, so that the flushing tube 6 when swiveling up the flushing line 5 in the rest position not in the area of the propeller 10 of the dredger device
- flushing pipe 6 On the flushing pipe 6 is essentially in the working position downward-pointing nozzle 11 indicated, with which a flushing medium jet can be generated. This nozzle is directed somewhat obliquely against the base 2.
- the front of the flushing tube 6 is along the flushing tube 6 a guide surface 12 arranged in the working position 6 just above the bottom 2 about one 45 ° angle to the bottom 2, with the free area 13 of the guide surface 12 relative to the rest of the area the guide surface 12 is angled, in such a way that this free area 13 is approximately tangential to the flushing pipe 6 points and parallel to the bottom 2.
- the Leif Structure 12 also has console-like Stiffening ribs 14 on the areas the Leif Structure 12, 13 delimited area in compartments or divides channels through which flowing water passes is, the flowing water of a natural flow of the water originate can or simply by driving the dredger can be generated.
- nozzles 11 which preferably along at regular intervals of the flushing pipe 6 are arranged, for example approximately at the intervals at which the stiffening ribs 14 are arranged.
- FIG 5 shows a section through the flushing pipe 6 according to FIG Fig. 4 along the designated in Fig. 4 with V-V dash-dotted line.
- the flushing tube 6 is even better the arrangement and formation of the guide surface 12 and the nozzles 11 recognizable.
- the angle 16 between the corresponding Radials of the flushing pipe 6 and the guide surface 12 is preferably about 45 °.
