Claims (1)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'une cintreuse de tubes, qui comporte :
       un plateau de cintrage (21) pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe, qui comporte un gabarit de cintrage (16) avec une mâchoire de serrage, et un chariot d'avancement (10) mobile qui comporte une douille de serrage (14) pouvant tourner,
       le gabarit de cintrage (16) et la mâchoire de serrage (19) comportant des corps de serrage (25) auxquels sont respectivement associées des surfaces de serrage (29 à 32 ; 33 à 35), qui sont adaptées aux tronçons de tube à cintrer,
       selon lequel, le tube (15) à cintrer est enserré entre des surfaces de serrage (33 à 35) du gabarit de cintrage (16) et de la mâchoire de serrage (19), et est cintré par une rotation du plateau de cintrage (21), et selon lequel la mâchoire de serrage (19) est desserrée du gabarit de cintrage (16) après le cintrage et le tube (15) retiré de la surface de serrage (33 à 35) du gabarit de cintrage (16),
       caractérisé en ce que,
       le retrait du tube (15) de la surface de serrage (33 à 35) du gabarit de cintrage (16) est effectué par le fait que le gabarit de cintrage (16) continue à être tourné avec le corps de serrage (25) associé, pendant que le tube (15) est retenu par le chariot d'avancement (10),
