Claims (8)

  1. Raccord de meneau entre un profilé de châssis (1) en aluminium et un profilé de meneau (2) en aluminium qui lui est relié perpendiculairement, qui présentent chacun au moins une rainure (7, 4) en contre-dépouille, ouverte du côté non exposé aux intempéries, et qui au moins du côté exposé aux intempéries sont situés dans un plan, tandis qu'une aile (6) délimitant une (7) desdites rainures du profilé de châssis (1) forme une butée pour le profilé de meneau (2), une pièce de liaison (3) étant enfoncée dans la rainure (4) du profilé de meneau (2) et recouvrant par une de ses extrémités la rainure (7) du profilé de châssis (1), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le profilé de meneau (2) présente un contre-profil (5) par lequel il est posé dans le profilé de châssis (1);
    b) ladite rainure (4) du profilé de meneau (2) est alignée sur une découpe fraisée (8) correspondant au profil de la rainure pratiquée dans ladite aile (6) du profilé de châssis (1);
    c) par une de ses extrémités, la pièce de liaison (3) est enfoncée transversalement dans la rainure (7) du profilé de châssis (1), à travers ladite découpe fraisée (8) et, par son extrémité libre, accroche par-dessous la contre-dépouille de l'autre aile (7a) de la rainure (7) du profilé de châssis;
    d) la pièce de liaison (3) présente deux languettes de ressort (9) se faisant face dans la direction latérale qui, lorsqu'elles sont enfoncées, sont situées à l'intérieur des bords latéraux de la pièce de liaison (3), s'appuient élastiquement vers l'extérieur de ce contour latéral en position d'accouplement et réalisent ainsi un serrage.
  2. Raccord de meneau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, sur son extrémité libre accrochant par-dessous la contre-dépouille de l'aile (7a) de la rainure du profilé de châssis, la pièce de liaison (3) présente un nez de serrage (13) tourné vers la contre-dépouille.
  3. Raccord de meneau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (3) présente un chanfrein (12) à chacune de ses deux extrémités.
  4. Raccord de meneau selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (3) présente une épaisseur d'environ 3 mm.
  5. Raccord de meneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (3) est réalisée en matière synthétique.
  6. Raccord de meneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de meneau (2) présente deux rainures (4) en contre-dépouille, mutuellement parallèles et disposées à petit écart l'une de l'autre, avec chacune une pièce de liaison (3) pour un raccord de meneau sur un côté.
  7. Raccord de meneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de liaison (3) présente, sur sa face plane non tournée vers le côté (10) exposé aux intempéries, un évidement (11) de pose d'un outil pour le déplacement de la pièce de liaison (3).
  8. Raccord de meneau selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de chaque languette de ressort (9) est orientée vers le côté opposé au profilé de châssis (1).
