Zur Festlegung jedes Verbindungsstücks ist jeweils ein Halteorgan vorgesehen, die nach dem Einsetzen der beiden Verbindungsstücke von entgegengesetzen Enden des Rahmenprofils her in dessen Nut eingeschoben und bis zu dem zugeordneten Verbindungsstück verschoben werden.   • c) das Verbindungsstück (3) ist mit seinem einen Ende durch die genannte Ausfräsung (8) hindurch quer in die Nut (7) des Rahmenprofils (1) eingeschoben und untergreift mit seinem freien Ende die Hinterschneidung des anderen Stegs (7a) der Rahmenprofil-Nut (7);
  • d) das Verbindungsstück (3) weist zwei sich seitlich gegenüberliegende Federzungen (9) auf, die in eingedrückter Lage innerhalb des Seitenkanten des Verbindungsstücks (3) liegen, in Kupplungsstellung über diese Seitenkontur hinausfedern und so eine Verklemmung bewirken.

Insbesondere die Figuren 5 und 6 lassen erkennen, daß das Verbindungsstück 3 flach ausgebildet ist, eine angenähert rechteckige Form aufweist und mit zwei sich seitlich gegenüberliegenden Federzungen 9 bestückt ist, die einteilig mit dem Verbindungsstück 3 ausgebildet sind, in eingedrückter Lage innerhalb der Seitenkanten des Verbindungsstücks 3 liegen und in Kupplungsstellung über diese Seitenkontur hinausfedern und so eine Verklemmung bewirken. Das Verbindungsstück 3 weist auf seiner der Wetterseite 10 abgewandten Flachseite eine Ausnehmung 11 zum Ansatz für ein Werkzeug zur Verschiebung des Verbindungsstückes 3 auf. Figur 6 läßt erkennen, daß das Verbindungsstück 3 an seinen beiden Enden je eine Anschärfung 12 aufweist, von denen eine eine mittig angeordnete, aus der Flachseite herausragende Klemmnase 13 trägt.In particular, Figures 5 and 6 show that the connector 3 is flat, has an approximately rectangular shape and is equipped with two laterally opposite spring tongues 9, which are integrally formed with the connector 3, in the pressed position within the side edges of the connector 3 and lie in the coupling position beyond this side contour and thus cause jamming. Zur Herstellung der Sprossenverbindung werden zuerst zwei Verbindungsstücke 3 in die beiden beidseitig hinterschnittenen Nuten 4 des Sprossenprofils 2 vollständig eingeschoben. Anschließend wird das Sprossenprofil 2 mit seiner Konterprofilierung 5 auf das Rahmenprofil 1 derart gelegt, daß der Schlitz 5a der Konterprofilierung den Steg 6 des Rahmenprofils 1 übergreift, der Abschnitt 5b der Konterprofilierung an dem gegenüberliegenden Steg 7a des Rahmenprofils 1 anliegt und die beiden Ausfräsungen 8 im Steg 6 des Rahmenprofils 1 mit den beiden Nuten 4 des Sprossenprofils 2 fluchten. Mit z. B. einem breiten Schraubenzieher werden dann die beiden Verbindungsstücke 3 durch die zugeordnete Ausfräsung 8 hindurch geschoben, bis die vordere, die Klemmnase 13 tragende Anschärfung 12 die Hinterschneidung des hinteren Steges 7a des Rahmenprofils 1 klemmend untergreift (siehe Figur 1). Die Verbindungsstücke 3 sind dabei so angeordnet, daß das freie Ende jeder Federzunge 9 von dem Rahmenprofil 1 weggerichtet ist.To establish the rung connection, two connecting pieces 3 are first fully inserted into the two undercut grooves 4 of the rung profile 2. The connectors 3 are arranged so that the free end of each spring tongue 9 is directed away from the frame profile 1.

Erzielt wird dadurch eine außerordentlich stabile, dennoch aber leicht lösbare Sprossenverbindung.This achieves an extremely stable, yet easily detachable rung connection.

Claims (8)

  1. Transom connection between an aluminium frame profile (1) and an aluminium transom profile (2) connected at a right angle thereto, which each have at least one undercut groove (7, 4) open opposite to the outdoor side and lie in one plane at least on the outdoor side, a web (6) of the frame profile (1) which delimits the said groove (7) of the frame profile (1) forming a stop for the transom profile (2), into the groove (4) of which there is inserted a connection piece (3) which reaches over the groove (7) of the frame profile (1) by means of its one end, characterized by the following features:
    a) the transom profile (2) has a counterprofile (5) and is laid into the frame profile (1) by means of the latter;
    b) the said groove (4) of the transom profile (2) runs flush with a milled part (8), corresponding to the groove profile, in the said web (6) of the frame profile (1);
    c) the connection piece (3) is inserted by means of its one end through the said milled part (8) transversely into the groove (7) of the frame profile (1) and reaches under the undercut of the other web (7a) of the frame profile groove (7) by means of its free end;
    d) the connection piece (3) has two laterally opposing resilient tongues (9) which in the pressed-in position lie within the lateral edges of the connection piece (3) and in the coupling position spring out beyond this lateral contour and thus effect a clamping action.
  2. Transom connection according to Claim 1, characterized in that the connection piece (3) has at its free end which reaches under the undercut of the frame profile groove web (7a) a clamping lug (13) directed towards the undercut.
  3. Transom connection according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the connection piece (3) has a tapering (12) at both ends.
  4. Transom connection according to Claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that the connection piece (3) has a thickness of approximately 3 mm.
  5. Transom connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connection piece (3) is of plastics.
  6. Transom connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the transom profile (2) has two undercut grooves (4) which are arranged parallel to one another and at a clearance from one another and which each have a connection piece (3) for a cantilever transom connection.
  7. Transom connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connection piece (3) has on its flat side opposite to the outdoor side (10) a cutout (11) for the attachment of a tool for displacing the connection piece (3).
  8. Transom connection according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the free end of each resilient tongue (9) is directed away from the frame profile (1).
