Claims (1)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Oberfläche einer Farbwerkwalze mit oleophilen und hydrophilen Oberflächenanteilen, wobei auf eine metallische Oberfläche z. B. einer Walze oder Rohres eine oleophile Metallschicht (3) aufgebracht wird, in diese Metallschicht schraubenförmig verlaufende Rillen (7) zur Aufnahme von hydrophilem Material eingearbeitet und mit einem weitgehend hydrophilen Keramikmaterial (8) vollständig gefüllt werden, anschließend die so entstandene Oberfläche derart bearbeitet wird, daß die Oberfläche (11) der oleophilen Metallschicht (3) frei- und auf gleichem Niveau wie die Außenflächen (12) der Auffüllungen (10) liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gesamten Außenflächen (11) der Metallschicht (3) schließlich derart behandelt werden, daß sie gänzlich quersteglos auf ein wahlweises Niveau unterhalb des Niveaus der Außenflächen (12) der Auffüllungen (10) zu liegen kommen.
