Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roofing sheet made of thin-walled material with an integrally molded holder for roof accessories, in which the holder is formed approximately in the longitudinal center adjacent to the eaves-side edge from the top essentially as a stump of a four-sided pyramid for attaching roof accessories, the holder at least on one side surface has a step for locking locking of roof accessories, longitudinal ribs and transverse ribs stiffening the roof covering plate and supports extending from the underside of the roof covering plate in the region of the transverse ribs, and the roof covering plate, the holder, the fastening elements, the ribs and the supports are made in one piece are trained.
  • Such a roof covering plate is a multi-purpose tile for attaching ladder hooks, snow guard rail supports or log holders from "Dachdecker-Handtechnik", 1983, Issue 2, page 52 and from the "Braas Handbuch - Inclined” Roofs 89/90 ", pages 74, 75, 214 and 217 known.
  • brackets for snow guards and standing stones have been manufactured using various processes. For storage reasons, it is desirable to keep as few models of special roof tiles as possible.
  • German utility model 86 21 133 describes a roof tile with an adaptation system for equipping with different equipment elements.
  • This roof tile is provided with a recess.
  • a mounting base element which can be attached and fastened to the roof battens and which has a mounting part which penetrates the recess in the roof tile and projects over its surface.
  • the mounting part is designed as a wedge-shaped base body for attaching and mounting different adaptation elements.
  • the roof tile and the base element are connected to each other with screws passing through the roof tile. In the area of the recess, a seal between the holding part and the roof tile by means of a sealing compound is required.
  • an additional adaptation element with the bracket-adapted abutment is required. The bracket is fastened by means of a screw passing through the bracket, the adaptation element, the roof tile and the mounting base element.
  • the object of the present invention is to design the multi-purpose pan described at the outset in such a way that a footboard bracket (adjustable in inclination) can also be attached to it.
  • This object is achieved in that at least a first fastening element is provided on the holder and a second fastening element is provided on the upper side between the holder and the ridge-side edge of the roofing plate, that only in the region of the fastening elements of the circular-shaped subcontour of an accessory is a concave-cylindrical shaped support surface it is provided that the second fastening element is arranged elevated on the top of the roof covering plate and that a hat-shaped stiffening extending in the longitudinal direction of the roof covering plate is provided between the holder and the second fastening element.
  • the roof covering plate is so stable that it meets the requirements applicable to standing stones.
  • the roof covering plate according to the invention is suitable for fastening heavy roof accessories such as solar collectors, antennas, in particular parabolic antennas for satellite reception, billboards or the like.
  • German utility model 66 08 948 registered in 1967.
  • German utility model 82 21 421, German patent 35 17 372, German utility model 86 21 133 registered in 1986, German utility model 88 02 355 and even recently published German utility models 90 03 566 and 90 10 951 confirm this adhering to this prejudice for over two decades.
  • the inventors have determined by calculations confirmed in tests that, contrary to the opinion prevailing in the professional world, a secure fastening of a stand board bracket is also possible if the stand board bracket is supported only in the area of the fastening elements.
  • transverse ribs and four upper supports are provided, which are intended for resting on a roof batten of the usual battens.
  • the upper supports are connected by brackets, which are to lie on the face of the roof batten.
  • two lower supports are arranged, which are to be placed on a support slat running parallel to the battens.
  • the second fastening element should be arranged at least 1 cm higher than the highest brim.
  • the holder and fastening element are advantageously arranged in the region of the water course of the roof covering plate. This gives the hat-shaped stiffener a height of several centimeters, which results in particularly high strength in the longitudinal direction.
  • This design offers the particular advantage that a roof tile with a central brim and side brim, in particular a concrete roof tile such as the model "Frankfurter Pfanne" by the applicant, can be made half the width of the concrete roof tile, so that cost-effective production is possible.
  • the roof covering plate according to the invention is particularly corrosion-resistant if it consists of plastic, in particular fiber-reinforced plastic, or of an aluminum alloy.
  • a roofing slab can be produced using the die-casting process.
  • Alloy 226D is recommended as the preferred aluminum alloy, which contains about 10 to 11.5% silicon, about 1.8 to 2.4% copper and about 0.7 to 1% iron.
  • the roof covering plate made of aluminum alloy 226D according to the invention can absorb a significantly higher, namely more than five times the breaking load, in comparison to the known concrete standing stone.
  • a bending occurs under extreme load before the break, so that, so to speak, a warning is given.
  • the roof covering plate according to the invention therefore fulfills considerably higher safety requirements than the known standing board block.
  • threaded bolts on the fastening elements, which, for example, can be cast in or screwed into threaded bores, which are preferably designed as blind holes.
  • the roof covering plate is provided for the fastening of accessories which are adjustable in inclination, with a retaining bracket curved in a circular arc, it is advantageous if the axes of the threaded bolts run radially to the center of the circular arc of the retaining bracket, in particular a standing board bracket.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 show a roof covering plate 10 according to the invention intended for interlocking tiles in the bottom and front view or in longitudinal section.
  • the roof covering plate 10 which is die-cast from aluminum alloy 226D with 10 to 11.5% silicon, 1.8 to 2.4% copper and 0.7 to 1% iron, has a wall thickness of approximately 2 mm.
  • a hollow pyramid-shaped holder 14 for attaching roof accessories is arranged on the upper side approximately in the longitudinal center adjacent to the edge 12 on the eaves side.
  • the outer contour of the holder 14 corresponds to the stump of a four-sided pyramid, the rectangular base of which is arranged parallel to the edges 12, 16, 18, 20 of the roof covering plate 10. On both parallel to the longitudinal edges 16, 20 arranged side surfaces of the bracket, a step 19, 21 is attached for latching locking of roof accessories.
  • a first threaded blind hole with a first threaded bolt 26 for fastening roof accessories is provided at its upper end as a first fastening element 24.
  • a second threaded blind hole with a second threaded bolt 30 is provided as the second fastening element 28.
  • the roof covering plate 10 is stiffened with longitudinal ribs 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 and with transverse ribs 42, 44, 46, 48.
  • lower supports 50, 52 extending from the outer rib 44 and upper supports 54, 56, 58 60 extending from the transverse rib 46, which protrude from the underside by approximately 1 cm.
  • the upper supports 54, 56 and 58, 60 are arranged side by side in pairs. These are connected to the edge 18 near the ridge with brackets 62 and 64, respectively, which protrude the supports 54, 56, 58, 60 by about 2 cm. In the extension of the two outer upper supports 54, 60, stiffening angles 66 and 68, respectively, are arranged from the holding angles 62 and 64 to the edge 18 on the ridge side.
  • the second fastening element 28 with the second threaded bolt 30 is arranged elevated on the upper side of the roof covering plate 10, and between the holder 14 and the second fastening element 28 a hat-shaped stiffening 70 is provided which extends in the longitudinal direction of the roof covering plate 10.
  • stiffening angles 72, 74 are provided on the longitudinal edges of the stiffener 70, starting from the foot of the holder 14 and ending in half the length of the stiffening 70.
  • the lower contour of a standing-board bracket which is curved in a circular arc with a radius of 15 cm is provided with concave-cylindrical support surfaces 76 and 78, respectively.
  • the axes of the threaded bolts 26, 30 intersect the center 79 of the circle of curvature.
  • Holes 80, 82 for screws or nails are provided in the ridge-side section of the roofing plate 10 near the upper supports 56, 58.
  • a second embodiment of a roof covering plate 110 according to the invention with a snow guard support 112 is shown in perspective.
  • the contour of the roof covering plate 110 corresponds to a half-width concrete roof tile produced by the extrusion process. Since in this case the surface which is smooth in the longitudinal direction is predetermined for aesthetic reasons, transverse ribs are arranged exclusively on the underside of the roof covering plate 110.
  • the snow guard lattice support 112 can with its foot 115 on the Bracket 114 are plugged in, a resilient tab 116 engages in a step 119 on the side surface of the bracket 114. On the opposite side of the foot part 115 and the holder 114, not shown, there is also a tab or a step. Through holes 180, 182, the roof covering plate 110 can be fastened with nails 184, 186 to an upper roof batten.
  • the roof covering plate 110 is shown in perspective with a log holder 212.
  • the foot part 215 of the log holder 212 corresponds to the foot part 115 of the snow guard support 112.
