Claims (3)
- Procédé pour commander la coloration de produits d'impression qui sont réalisés dans une machine d'impression travaillant en autotypie, en particulier une machine d'impression offset à feuilles, une bande de contrôle d'impression imprimée sur chaque produit d'impression comportant, pour chaque encre dans chaque zone de dosage d'encre, des champs de mesure de teinte tramée avec une valeur de teinte tramée déterminée, et de plus, pour chaque encre dans au moins une zone de dosage d'encre, un champ de mesure de teinte homogène, ces champs de mesure étant analysés de façon densitométrique, les éléments de dosage d'encre étant réglés dans les zones de dosage d'encre selon une comparaison de valeurs effectives et prescrites des noircissements de teinte tramée, les valeurs prescrites pour les noircissements de teinte tramée étant choisies de sorte que le recouvrement de surface obtenu dans l'impression soit proche d'un recouvrement superficiel prescrit prédéfini, caractérisé en ce que le noircissement prescrit de teinte tramée DRSoll est calculé après chaque processus de mesure, à partir du ou des noircissements de teinte homogène DV du ou des champs de mesure de teinte homogène, ainsi qu'à partir du recouvrement superficiel prescrit prédéfini FDSoll, en utilisant la formule de Murray-Davies :

caractérisé en ce que, pour n champs de mesure de teinte homogène présents dans la bande de contrôle d'impression, on calcule à partir des n noircissements de teinte homogène mesurés n noircissements de teinte tramée prescrits, et en ce que l'on calcule, à partir de ces n noircissements de teinte tramée prescrits, la moyenne arithmétique, et celle-ci est alors définie comme noircissement de teinte tramée prescrit pour le réglage de toutes les zones de dosage d'encre. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que, pour n champs de mesure de teinte homogène présents dans la bande de contrôle d'impression, on calcule la moyenne arithmétique des n noircissements de teinte homogène mesurés, et en ce que l'on calcule, à partir de cette moyenne, un noircissement de teinte tramée prescrit qui est défini comme noircissement de teinte tramée prescrit commun pour le réglage de toutes les zones de dosage d'encre.
