Description
Die in die Rostplatten eingesetzten Rostplattenkörper sind entsprechend den erforderlichen thermischen Bedingungen und dem Förderverhalten des Materials verschiedenartig ausgebildet. Zum Einsatz kommen Rostplattenkörper mit eben ausgebildeter Oberfläche oder Rostplatten, die in Förderrichtung des Materials gesehen im vorderen Bereich mit einer nach oben gerichteten Schräge versehen sind. Durch die unterschiedliche Anordnung von verschiedenartig gestalteten Rostplattenkörpern in einer Rostplatte, des Einsatzes von unterschiedlich ausgeführten Rostplatten in einer Rostplattenreihe und durch Änderung der Anzahl der Rostplattenkörper unter Beibehaltung der Grundform der Rostplatten wird erreicht, daß die Gase mit unterschiedlichen Gasmengen und unter einem unterschiedlichen Austrittswinkel dem Material zugeführt werden.
Claims (6)
- Rost für eine Vorrichtung zur thermischen Behandlung von Feststoffen, vorzugsweise von aus einem Brennaggregat austretendem Zementklinker, mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Rostplatten (6), welche eine Rostplattenreihe bilden, sowie mehreren stufenförmig angeordneten Rostplattenreihen, wobei jede Rostplatte(6) kastenförmig ausgebildet ist und Gasaustrittsschlitze (3) für das unter die Rostplatte zugeführte Gas besitzt und in dem Rostplattenrahmen (1) der Rostplatte (6) mehrere Rostplattenkörper (2) derart angeordnet sind, daß an der in Förderrichtung des Materials gesehenen Vorderseite der Rostplatte (6) terrassenförmig versetzt mehrere Horizontalschlitze (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die Spaltweite der Horizontalschlitze (3) durch jeweils an der Oberseite der Rostplattenkörper (2) angegossene Abstandshalter (4) bestimmt wird und die im Randbereich des Rostes angeordneten Rostplatten (6) weniger Horizontalschlitze (3) aufweisen als die in der Mitte angeordneten Rostplatten (6) und die Anzahl der Rostplattenkörper (2) einer Rostplatte (6) bis zu 7 beträgt.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Oberfläche der einzelnen Rostplattenkörper (2) eben ausgebildet ist.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Oberfläche der einzelnen Rostplattenkörper (2) in Transportrichtung des Materials gesehen im vorderen Bereich mit einer nach oben gerichteten Schräge versehen ist.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der unterste Rostplattenkörper (2) Bestandteil des Rostplattenrahmens (1) ist.
- Rost nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß daß die Rostplatte (6) mit ebenen und mit einer nach oben gerichteten Schräge (5) versehenen Rostplattenkörpern (2) ausgerüstet ist.
- Rost nach Anspruch 3 bis 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Winkel der nach oben gerichteten Schräge (5) der Rostplattenkörper (2) entsprechend den erforderlichen Gasaustrittsbedingungen unterschiedlich ausgeführt ist und in einem Bereich von 10° bis 40° liegt.
