Claims (8)
- Rostplatte für Vorschubroste, insbesondere für Vorschubroste von Abfallverbrennungsanlagen, wobei der Vorschubrost aus mehreren zueinander beweglichen, stufenförmigen Rostplattenreihen besteht und die Rostplatte sich über die ganze Breite des Vorschubrostes bzw. der Rostbahn erstreckt und diese durch Wasser oder mit einem gegenüber Wasser höher siedendem Kühlmittel gekühlt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Rostplatte (1) aus einem einen Rostplattenfuß (4) bildenden Grundkörper (2) und mindestens einem einen Rostplattenkörper (5) bildenden Abdecksegment (3) gebildet ist und Abdecksegment (3) und Grundkörper (2) miteinander lösbar verbunden sind,der Grundkörper (2) und das Abdecksegment (3) jeweils mit mindestens einem Kühlmittelzu- und -abfluß (18, 19) ausgebildet sind,und zwischen Grundkörper (2) und Abdecksegment (3) ein Luftspalt (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Grundkörper (2) aus zwei Seitenplatten (7), einer dazwischen angeordneten Bodenplatte (8), ggf. einer oder mehreren Zwischenplatten (9) und mindestens einem, von einem Kühlmittel durchströmten und zwischen den Seitenplatten (7) bzw. Seitenplatten (7) und Zwischenplatten (9) bzw. Zwischenplatten (9) angeordnetem, Hohlprofil (10) gebildet ist, wobei das Hohlprofil (10) mit mindestens einer Einrichtung (20) zum Kühlmittelzufluß (18) an der einen Seite des Hohlprofiles (10) und mit mindestens einer Einrichtung (20) zum Kühlmittelabfluß (19) an der anderen Seite des Hohlprofiles (10) ausgebildet ist und bei über die Breite des Grundkörpers (2) unterteilten Hohlprofilen (10) die Einrichtung (20) des Kühlmittelabflusses (19) durch eine Verbindungsleitung (21) mit der Einrichtung (20) des Kühlmittelzuflusses (18) des angrenzenden Hohlprofiles (10) verbunden ist,das Abdecksegment (3) aus zwei Seitenplatten (11) und dazwischen angeordnetem Trägerelement (13), Rücken- und Unterblech (14, 15) gebildet ist, wobei Seitenplatten (11), Trägerelement (13), Rücken- und Unterblech (14, 15) einen von einem Kühlmittel durchströmten Hohlraum (12) bilden sowie mehrere im Hohlraum (12) ein Labyrinth bildende Trennbleche (16), wobei das Unterblech (15) mit mindestens einer Einrichtung (20) zum Kühlmittelzufluß (18) an der einen Seite des Abdecksegmentes (3) und mit mindestens einer Einrichtung (20) zum Kühlmittelabfluß (19) an der anderen Seite des Abdecksegmentes (3) ausgebildet ist und bei mehreren Abdecksegmenten (3) die Einrichtung (20) des Kühlmittelabflusses (19) durch eine Verbindungsleitung (21) mit der Einrichtung (20) des Kühlmittelzuflusses (18) des angrenzenden Abdecksegmentes (3) verbunden ist,und mit mindestens zwei Mitteln (17) je Seitenplatte (7, 11) zum lösbaren Verbinden von Grundkörper (2) und Abdecksegment (3).
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (2) und das Abdecksegment (3) aus Stahlblech und ggf. Stahlprofilen gefertigt sind.
- Rostplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Material der Bodenplatte (8) des Grundkörpers (2) gegenüber dem Material des Rückenbleches (14) des Abdecksegmentes (3) verschleißfester ist.
- Rostplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlprofil (10) als Rechteckprofil ausgebildet ist.
- Rostplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftspalt (6) an seiner oberen Peripherie durch das Unterblech (15) des Abdecksegmentes (3) und an seiner unteren Peripherie durch die Oberkante des Hohlprofiles (10) des Grundkörpers (2) begrenzt wird und düsenförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Rostplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Ausströmwinkel α des düsenförmigen Luftspaltes (6) gegenüber der Horizontalen einen Winkel von 10 - 60° bildet.
- Rostplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderkante des Grundkörpers (2) gegenüber der Vorderkante des Abdecksegmentes (3) zurückversetzt ist.
