Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour maintenir pendant leur vissage des vis (2), notamment des vis autoperforantes et autotaraudeuses, comportant :
    - une pièce (5) de fixation sur le boîtier (3) d'une unité d'entraînement(4),
    - une tête de vissage (6) pouvant être accouplée à l'entraînement et pouvant recevoir au moins une partie de l'extrémité d'entraînement (7) d'une vis (2),
    - au moins deux mâchoires d'appui (9, 10) pouvant pivoter autour de paliers (15, 16) dirigés transversalement par rapport à l'axe de vissage (14) et, en position de repos, laissant libre une ouverture de passage de la tige (20) d'une vis (2), ces mâchoires (9-10) débordant alors librement de leurs paliers (15, 16) en direction de l'axe de vissage (14) et sensiblement perpendiculairement à celui-ci,
    dispositif caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires d'appui (9, 10), dans leur position de repos sont en appui sur des butées (17, 18) chargées par un ressort opposées à la direction de vissage (E) et de la position de repos elles exécutent un basculement dans la direction de vissage (E), leur orientation en position de repos faisant un angle aigu (α) avec l'axe de vissage (14) c'est-à-dire étant légèrement relevée vers la tête de vissage (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires d'appui (9, 10) ont des faces terminales (21) obliques, faisant avec l'axe de vissage (14), un angle aigu dirigé vers ou à l'opposé de la tête de vissage (6).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des deux faces latérales (24, 25) des mâchoires d'appui (9, 10) se raccorde aux faces terminales obliques (21) par une partie oblique (26, 27, 28) en pointe ou par un arrondi.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte pour recevoir et maintenir les mâchoires d'appui (9, 10) un support (8) en forme d'étrier dont les deux branches parallèles et espacées (32, 33) portent les paliers de rotation (15, 16) et les butées (17, 18) des mâchoires d'appui (9, 10).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires de soutien (9, 10) peuvent basculer d'environ 90°, ces mâchoires pouvant être pivotées entièrement à l'intérieur des branches (32, 33) du support (8), contre l'action de ressorts (34).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres des branches (32, 33) du support (8) en forme d'étrier sont utilisées comme butées d'appui sur la pièce à visser.
