  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le couvercle pivotant (2,3) respectif est relié de manière fixe le long d'un bord à un arbre creux (7) monté pivotant sur la cuvette pour le pivotement du couvercle, qui forme une autre section du dispositif à canal d'écoulement (2,3,7) et dont le volume intérieur (8) est en liaison avec le volume intermédiaire (9) entre les deux plaques (2,3) et qui est conformé pour le raccordement à la source de tirage par aspiration (32).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la plaque extérieure (2) du couvercle respectif est à surface plane et la plaque intérieure (3) est en forme de cuvette et présente, en section transversale, des zones de bord (4,12) s'étendant pliées en V de telle manière que, en position de fermeture du couvercle, une section de plaque (12) de la plaque intérieure (3) existe immédiatement à côté d'une section de paroi intérieure de cuvette (11) respective et s'étend parallèlement à celle-ci, à laquelle se raccorde la section d'appui (4) de la plaque inférieure (3), grâce à quoi une fente (13) est formée entre la section de plaque (12) et la section de paroi intérieure de cuvette (11), qui forme une autre section du tronçon de résistance à l'écoulement (6,13).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
