Claims (20)
- Straßenfahrzeug zum Verteilen von Material (1) zur Wiederherstellung von Straßen, beispielsweise von ummanteltem Bitumen (2) oder von Splitt (30), mit einem tragenden Chassis, das auf Fahrelementen montiert ist und auf dem angeordnet sind:- eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (6) für das Material,- eine Vorrichtung (8) für die Weitergabe des Materials an ein Organ (12, 32) zum Verteilen des Materials auf der Straße (1),- ein Vorratsbehälter (25, 34) für ein Bindemittel (3, 31) zum Binden des Materials auf der Straße,- eine Rampe (16, 33) zum Verteilen des Bindemittels (3, 31), angeordnet vor dem Verteilerorgan,- eine Motorisierungseinheit (21),- hydraulische Mittel (22) zum Steuern und für die Kraftübertragung die die Motorisierungseinheit (21) mit Organen des Fahrzeugs sowie mit einem Steuerungsstand (24) des Fahrzeugs verbinden,wobei das Chassis auch ein Teil (17) aufweist, das hinter dem Verteilerorgan (12, 32) für das Material (2, 30) angeordnet ist und das auf Rollen oder Kugeln (20a, 20b, 20c) montiert ist, und zwar unabhängig von rollenden Elementen (14), die von der Motorisierungseinheit betätigt werden und die auf einem vorderen Teil (7) des Chassis montiert sind, und auf dem wenigstens eines der Organe vorgesehen ist, das die Motorisierungseinheit (21), den Vorratsbehälter (25, 34) und die Steuerungs- und Übertragungsmittel (22) ausmacht derart, daß das Gewicht, das diese Teile auf das hintere Teil (7) des Chassis ausübt, als Verdichter für das auf der Straße verteilte Material wirkt.
- Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hinterteil (17) und das Vorderteil (7) des Chassis zwei getrennte Chassis ausbilden, die miteinander mit Hilfe von gelenkigen Verbindungsmitteln (18, 19) verbunden sind. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das hintere Chassis (17) die Motorisierungseinheit (21) trägt, die über eine Kardanwelle (23) mit den rollenden Elementen (14) des vorderen Chassis (7) verbunden ist. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das hintere Chassis (17) die Motorisierungseinheit (21) trägt, die mit den rollenden Elementen (14) des vorderen Chassis (7) über eine hydraulische Transmission verbunden ist. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Motorisierungseinheit (21) im wesentlichen aus einem thermischen Motor gebildet wird und mit Hilfe der hydraulischen Mittel (22) zum Steuern und zur Kraftübertragung, die ebenfalls auf dem hinteren Chassis angeordnet sind, die Fahrt des Fahrzeugs mit einer voreingestellten Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit sicherstellt. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmevorrichtung (6) für das Material auf dem vorderen Chassis (7) des Fahrzeugs angeordnet ist. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verteilerorgan (12, 32) für das Material auf der Straße sich im rückwärtigen Teil des vorderen Chassis (7) befindet, und zwar unmittelbar vor einer ersten Rolle oder einer ersten Kugel (20a) des rückwärtigen Chassis (17), das als Verdichter wirkt. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Weitergabevorrichtung (8) die Aufnahmevorrichtung (6) für das Material mit dem Verteilerorgan (12, 32) für das Material verbindet. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verteilerrampe (16, 33) für das Bindemittel (3, 31) sich unmittelbar vor dem Verteilerorgan (12, 33) für das Material auf der Straße (1) befindet. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9 vom Typ Straßenfertiger,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verteilerorgan (12) als Schnecke ausgebildet ist, auf die das ummantelte Bitumen (2) mit Hilfe der Weitergabevorrichtung (8) gebracht wird. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Fahrtrichtung gesehen die Schnecke (12) für das ummantelte Bitumen (2) unmittelbar hinter der Verteilerrampe (16) angeordnet ist, die vom Vorratsbehälter (25) für die bituminöse Emulsion (3) versorgt wird. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Tisch (13) für das Aufbringen des Bitumens (2) auf dem vorderen Chassis (7) vorgesehen ist, und zwar zwischen der Verteilerschnecke (12) und der ersten Rolle (20a) des rückwärtigen Chassis (17), das als Verdichter wirkt. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Tisch (13) am hinteren Teil des vorderen Chassis (17) aufgehängt ist, und zwar mit Hilfe von hydraulischen Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten in einstellbarer Höhe. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Tisch (13) derart teleskopierbar ist, daß er an die Breite der Straße (1) angepaßt werden kann. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der Patentansprüche 10 - 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schnecke (12), die das Organ für die Verteilung des Bitumens (2) bildet, derart teleskopierbar ist, daß sie an die Breite der Straße (1) angepaßt werden kann. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der Patentansprüche 10 - 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das hintere Chassis (17) wenigstens drei Rollen (20a, 20b, 20c) aufweist, von denen zwei Rollen (20a, 20b) teleskopierbar sind, um an die Breite der Chaussee (1) angepaßt werden zu können, wobei wenigstens eine weitere Rolle (20c) quer zum Fahrzeug angeordnet ist, und zwar translationsfest. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 - 9 für die Abgabe von Splitt und dergleichen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Organ für die Verteilung von wenigstens einem Trichter (32) gebildet wird, der mit Splittmitteln ausgerüstet ist und der in seinem oberen Teil (32a), der die größte Öffnung ausbildet, mit Splitt (30) oder dergleichen beladen ist, das mit Hilfe der Weitergabevorrichtung (8) dorthin transportiert worden ist, wobei der untere, engere Teil des Trichters sich benachbart zur Straße (1) befindet. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Fahrtrichtung gesehen der Trichter (32) mit den Splittmitteln unmittelbar hinter der Verteilerrampe (33) angeordnet ist, die aus dem Vorratsbehälter (34) mit dem Bindemittel (31) versorgt wird. - Straßenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zum Verdichten vorgesehenen Rollen (20a, 20b, 20c) des zweiten Chassis (17) als pneumatische Räder ausgebildet sind. - Straßenfahrzeug nach einem der Patentansprüche 17 - 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das hintere Chassis (17) in seinem rückwärtigen Teil eine Vorrichtung (35) zum Fegen und Wegblasen des überschüssigen Splitts (30) aufweist, die den Schluss des Strassenfahrzeugs bildet.
