Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Verteilung von Straßenbelagmaterial in einem Band der Breite L und der Dicke E, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    zunächst Belagmaterial auf wenigstens einer Vorverteilungszone (28) verteilt wird, wobei diese Vorverteilung auf einer Breite 2l, die kleiner als L ist, und in einer Dicke e, die kleiner als E ist, erfolgt, dann
    das Belagmaterial auf die Breite L über die Vorverteilungszone oder -zonen (28) hinaus und auf den Rest der Breite L bis zu der Dicke E verteilt wird, derart, daß ein Fertigbelagband der Breite L und der Dicke E gewonnen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei seitliche Vorverteilungszonen (28) verwendet werden.
  3. Speisevorrichtung (7) für eine Maschine zur Verteilung von Straßenbelagmateriai, vom Typ Straßenfertiger (1) oder dergleichen, die für eine Gewährleistung einer Verteilung des Materials auf der gesamten zu belegenden Breite (L) und in einer bestimmten Dicke (E) eingerichtet ist, wobei die Speisevorrichtung (7) für eine Anordnung vorne am Straßenfertiger (1) bestimmt ist und einen Bunker (10), der mit einer Öffnung (23) zum Abziehen des Belagmaterials durch den Straßenfertiger (1) versehen ist, und Mittel (21) zur Vorverteilung des Materials auf einer Breite (21), die kleiner als die zu belegende Breite (L) ist, aufweist, wobei die Mittel eine Querklinge (20A) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querklinge (20A) zur Einstellung der Dicke des Vorverteilungsmaterials auf einen Wert (e), der kleiner als die bestimmte Dicke (E) ist, eingerichtet ist.
  4. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorverteilungsmittel (21) wenigstens eine Transportschnecke (21) aufweisen, die im Bereich wenigstens eines seitlichen hinteren Teils (16) des Bunkers (10) angeordnet ist.
  5. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (25) zum Überführen des Materials zwischen dem Bunker (10) und der Transportschnecke (21) aufweist.
  6. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach Anspruch 4 oder Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportschnecke (21) in Bezug auf die Längsachse der Speisevorrichtung (7) seitlich verstellbar ist.
  7. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitliche Verstellung der Transportschnecke (21) der Einstellung der Verteilungsbreite (L) des Straßenfertigers (1) unterworfen ist.
  8. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querklinge (20A) hinter der Transportschnecke (21) vorgesehen ist.
  9. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (25) zum Überführen des Materials durch wenigstens einen Sprossenförderer (25) gebildet sind, der unter wenigstens einer seitlichen Öffnung (24) angeordnet ist, die in der unteren Wand (11) des Bunkers (10) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bunker (10) eine in seiner unteren Wand (11) ausgebildete Mittelöffnung (23) aufweist, unter welcher Überführungsmittel (26) des Straßenfertigers zur Anordnung gelangen, die den Straßenfertiger (1) mit Belagmaterial speisen.
  11. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie unabhängige Vortriebsmittel (9), insbesondere Raupen (9), aufweist, die Motormitteln des Straßenfertigers unterstehen.
  12. Speisevorrichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vor dem Bunker (10) Mittel (31) zur Aufnahme von zwei Lastwagen (3) nebeneinander aufweist.
  13. Straßenfertiger (1) zur Verteilung von Straßenbelagmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er im Bereich Seines vorderen Teils eine Speisevorrichtung (7) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12 aufweist.
  14. Straßenfertiger nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speisevorrichtung mit dem Straßenfertiger fest verbunden ist.
