Claims (11)

  1. Emballage (1,1') pour matières en vrac, telles que des liquides ou des granulés fins pouvant s'écouler, ou autres matières semblables, constitué par un corps creux (2, 2') interne en matière plastique destiné à contenir la matière à emballer, et par une enveloppe (3,3') en carton qui entoure ce corps creux (2,2') et qui est contigüe à celui-ci lorsque l'emballage est formé, ce corps creux (2,2') étant fabriqué au moyen d'un procédé de soufflage et étant pourvu, de préférence sur sa périphérie, d'un épaulement d'appui (11) supérieur et l'enveloppe (3,3'), constituant une gaine de soutien (3,3') sans fond et sans dessus, étant pourvue, de préférence, d'un bord d'appui (12) supérieur sur lequel repose l'épaulement d'appui (11), cet emballage étant caractérisé par le fait que le corps creux (2, 2') en matière plastique a des parois minces et qu'il est pourvu d'au moins une cavité (4, 4', 19) dans laquelle des languettes (7, 5') de la gaine de soutien (3, 3'), qui fixent cette dernière (3, 3') sur le corps creux (2, 2') en matière plastique, sont repliées vers l'intérieur pour former, de préférence, des creux servant de prise (5).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le corps creux (2) en matière plastique est pourvu d'au moins deux surfaces planes formant essentiellement un angle entre elles, une cavité (4) étant formée à l'emplacement de ces surfaces formant un angle, et les languettes (7) de la gaine ou enveloppe (3), repliées vers l'intérieur de cette cavité formant des creux (5) qui permettent de passer la main afin de constituer une poignée.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le corps creux (2) en matière plastique et la gaine de soutien (3) sont prévus avec une section transversale qui, afin de favoriser la manipulation, est essentiellement rectangulaire ou carrée.
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'une languette adhésive de la gaine de soutien (3) est située dans la zone de l'angle formant le coin (6), cette languette, en position d'utilisation, étant tirée en avant pour former la poignée permettant la manipulation.
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le corps creux (2') en matière plastique et la gaine de soutien (3') sont prévues avec une section transversale qui est essentiellement rectangulaire ou carrée afin de favoriser la manipulation et que des cavités (4') sont prévues dans les surfaces planes du corps creux (2') en matière plastique situées en regard l'une de l'autre.
  6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que sur le corps creux (2) en matière plastique, dans la cavité (4), on prévoit au moins une partie saillante de repos (21) fournissant une fixation supplémentaire pour les languettes (7).
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par la fait que le corps creux en matière plastique constituant un récipient est pourvu, dans la zone de sa fermeture (8), d'un épaulement de renforcement (9) ayant au moins deux surfaces d'appui (10) droites en regard l'une de l'autre et dont la section transversale, en particulier du côté de sa paroi externe, est prévue carrée, hexagonale, octogonale, ou réalisée d'une manière semblable.
  8. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le corps creux (2) en matière plastique est pourvu de nervures de renforcement et/ou, par endroits, de nervures d'immobilisation (15) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, et que la gaine de soutien (3) est pourvue de découpes poinçonnées (16) permettant l'enclenchement de ces nervures d'immobilisation.
  9. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la gaine de soutien (3) est pourvue par endroits d'ouvertures ou poinçonnages (18) permettant de constater le niveau dans le corps creux (2) en matière plastique.
  10. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que quelques endroits au moins des bords inférieurs libres de la gaine de soutien (3) sont pourvus de languettes de renforcement (17) repliables à l'intérieur.
  11. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le corps creux (2) en matière plastique est pourvu, du côté de son fond, de nervures de renforcement (13).
