Claims (3)

  1. Bande en matériel pliable, de préférence en papier ou carton, pour l'emballage continu d'un produit, préférablement d'un liquide, comportant
    des bords longitudinaux (31, 32) parallèles et espacés,
    quatre plis longitudinaux (4) traversant, s'étendant parallèlement aux bords longitudinaux (31, 32), de premiers plis transversaux (6, 7, 8) traversant, s'étendant à même espacement réciproque et disposés perpendiculairement par rapport aux bords longitudinaux (31, 32) et à distance des premiers plis transversaux (6, 7, 8) et parallèlement à ces derniers, de seconds plis transversaux (71, 8) traversant, de sorte à présenter quatre carrés se jouxtant en direction tranversale et une bande de fermeture rectangulaire adjacente,
    un et le second des deux rectangles suivants ainsi que la bande de fermeture rectangulaire présentant chacun un troisième pli transversal (15, 10) qui s'étend parallèlement au premier pli transversal (6, 7, 8) et à même distance de celui-ci, et présentent chacun un quatrième pli transversal (33, 10) qui s'étend parallèlement au deuxième pli transversal (15, 10) et à même distance que le troisième du premier pli transversal,
    et dans laquelle les deux autres rectangles restants présentent un pli longitudinal (13) central disposé au centre quelle que soit la direction, ainsi que chacun quatre plis diagonaux (11) s'étendant à partir des deux extrémités du pli longitudinal central (13) vers les deux coins les plus proches des rectangles et présentent chacun quatre plis transversaux (12) supplémentaires qui s'étendent des deux extrémités du pli longitudinal central (13) vers chaque point d'intersection le plus proche des troisième et quatrième plis transversaux avec les plis longitudinaux (4) dans les autres rectangles ou bandes de fermeture,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le pli longitudinal central (13) est plus court que la distance entre les troisième et quatrième plis transversaux (15, 10 ; 33, 10)
    et que les plis transversaux supplémentaires sont formés comme plis obliques (12).
  2. Bande selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle consiste en une première couche (2) en matériel pliable, préférablement du papier ou du carton, et en une deuxième couche (1) en un matériel compatible avec le produit à emballer, de préférence un liquide, de préférence en aluminium ou plastique.
  3. Bande selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que, dans la zone (3) d'un bord longitudinal, la première couche (2) se termine à distance de ce bord et que dans cette zone (3) la seconde couche (1) est rabattue.
