Claims (4)
- Régulateur de température pour une forme d'impression (2) appliquée autour d'un cylindre (1) de forme d'impression pour l'impression offset sans eau, dans lequel l'image d'impression est tout d'abord transmise de la forme d'impression (2) sur un cylindre recouvert d'un blanchet ainsi que, de celui-ci, sur la matière à imprimer, une boîte de soufflage (3) étant prévue pour souffler de l'air tempéré sur la forme d'impression (2),
caractérisé en ce que, à l'intérieur de la boîte de soufflage (3), il est monté au moins un ventilateur (4), en ce que, pour l'équilibrage de température de l'air de soufflage engendré par le ventilateur (4), à l'intérieur de la boîte de soufflage (3), il est prévu un refroidisseur (5) agencé devant le ventilateur (4) dans la direction d'écoulement, en ce que, de plus, une installation frigorifique (6) pour alimenter le refroidisseur (5) de l'extérieur de la boîte de soufflage (3) par un agent de refroidissement (7) est prévue, et en ce que, enfin, il est prévu un régulateur (8) qui régule le refroidissement du refroidisseur (5) de façon dépendant d'une température. - Régulateur de température selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le refroidisseur (5) présente un serpentin (11) qui est relié à une installation frigorifique (6) sous forme d'un conduit d'amenée d'eau externe (10) ou d'un conduit d'évacuation d'eau (9), par exemple d'un appareil de refroidissement d'eau de mouillage commercial.
- Régulateur de température selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que le régulateur (8) régule le refroidissement du refroidisseur (5), de façon dépendant de la température de l'agent de refroidissement (7), par une soupape à étranglement commandable de façon thermostatique, qui est montée dans le conduit d'évacuation de l'eau de l'appareil de refroidissement de l'eau. - Régulateur de température selon les revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que le régulateur (8) régule le refroidissement du refroidisseur (5), de façon dépendant de la température de l'air de soufflage tempéré, par un commutateur commandable de façon thermostatique, qui est prévu dans le circuit de commande des ventilateurs (4).
