  • a positioning hole 65 provided on an end surface of a flange 4a of the front case 4 is made to match with the positioning hole 53 of the cup-shaped casing 2, and the front case 4 and the cup-shaped casing 2 are fixed with a bolt 3 after adjusting these holes at a regular relative angle.
  • the stationary scroll 10 is fixed to the cup-shaped casing 2 at a regular relative angle, and the revolving scroll 14 is incorporated in the front case 4 at a regular relative angle. Therefore, the stationary scroll 10 and the revolving scroll 14 are engaged with each other at a predetermined angle dislocation of 180° by fixing the cup-shaped casing 2 and the front case 4 at a regular relative angle.
  • positioning is made by inserting a pin 60 of the jig 51 into the positioning hole 52, but, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, it is also possible to position the stationary scroll 10 and the positioning jig 51 at a regular relative angle by boring a positioning slit 54 extending radially on an outer circumferential edge of the inner surface of the end plate 11 of the stationary scroll 10 and fitting the pin 60 of the jig 51 to the positioning slit 54.
  • the positioning hole 52 can be provided on the tip surface of the spiral wrap 12 of the stationary scroll 10, and a slit, a projected bar and the like may also be provided on the inner circumferential surface of the cup-shaped casing 2 in place of the positioning hole 53.
  • mechanism 26 for checking rotation on its axis consisting of an Oldham's link is provided in above-mentioned embodiment, but a mechanism for checking rotation on its axis having other type and structure may also be used.
  • positioning portions are provided on the stationary scroll and the cup-shaped casing, respectively, and these positioning portions are engaged with the positioning jig, thereby to fix the stationary scroll and the cup-shaped casing with each other after positioning the stationary scroll with respect to the cup-shaped casing. Accordingly, it is possible to assemble a scroll type fluid machinery easily and quickly in a state that the stationary scroll and the revolving scroll are engaged with each other at a predetermined relative angle.

  • a positioning hole 44 having a predetermined depth is bored on the tip surface 41, and a positioning hole 45 having a predetermined depth which opposes to the positioning hole 44 is bored on the tip surface 43 when the stationary scroll 10 and the cup-shaped casing 2 occupy a regular relative angle position, and a pin 37 is inserted into these positioning holes 44 and 45 extending thereover.
  • the revolving scroll 14, revolution drive mechanisms 7, 8, 9, 21, 23, 24 and 25 thereof, the mechanism 26 for checking rotation on its axis thereof, the thrust member 36 and the like are assembled in the front case 4 and the front cover 6. With this, the revolving scroll 14 and the front case 4 are assembled at a regular relative angle.
  • the stationary scroll 10 is placed in the cup-shaped casing 2 and rotated appropriately, thereby to insert the rear end of the pin 37 into the positioning hole 45 and to make the tip surface 41 abut against the tip surface 43 at the same time.
  • cup-shaped casing 2 and the stationary scroll 10 are fastened to each other using a bolt 13. With this, the cup-shaped casing 2 and the stationary scroll 10 are assembled at a regular relative angle.

Claims (1)

  1. Procédé pour assembler un mécanisme à fluide du type à spirale, dans lequel une spirale fixe (10) et une spirale rotative (14) présentant des enroulements (12,16) agencés sur les faces internes de plaques d'extrémité (11,15), respectivement, sont engagées l'une avec l'autre à une position angulaire prédéterminée et sont montées dans un boîtier (1) avec une extrémité ouverte en regard d'un carter (2) en forme de godet fermé par un coffret avant (4), ladite spirale fixe étant fixée sur la face de fond dudit carter, et ladite spirale rotative en fonctionnement est réalisée pour tourner suivant un mouvement solaire au moyen d'un mécanisme d'entraînement en rotation (7,8,9,21,23,24) tout en vérifiant la rotation sur son axe au moyen d'un mécanisme (26) pour vérifier la rotation sur son axe, que, par des parties de positionnement (52,53) qui sont prévues sur la surface interne de ladite plaque d'extrémité de ladite spirale fixe et sur la surface d'extrémité de la face d'extrémité ouverte dudit carter en forme de godet respectivement, ladite spirale fixe et ledit carter en forme de godet sont positionnés à l'angle relatif exigé par un calibre de positionnement (51) lorsque le calibre est engagé dans lesdites parties de positionnement (52,53) de ladite spirale fixe et dudit carter, la première est attachée et fixée au dernier au moyen de moyens d'attache (13) de l'extérieur du dernier, et alors ledit calibre de positionnement (51) est retiré ; ensuite, un couvercle avant (6), ladite spirale rotative, lesdits mécanismes d'entraînement en rotation et ledit mécanisme de vérification de rotation sont incorporés dans ledit coffret avant de sorte que ladite spirale rotative et ledit coffret avant sont assemblés à l'angle relatif exigé ; et que, par une partie de positionnement (65) qui est prévue sur une bride (4a) dudit coffret avant, ledit coffret avant est ajusté à ladite partie de positionnement (53) dudit carter en forme de godet de sorte qu'ils sont ajustés pour adopter l'angle relatif exigé entre eux ; et alors ledit coffret avant est fixé audit carter en forme de godet au moyen de moyens d'attache (3).
