Abstract

Un accouplement de serrage pour tuyaux (45) comporte un logement d'accouplement (46), une bague de serrage (20) et une vis chapeau (19) ou un écrou-raccord. La face intérieure du logement d'accouplement (46) présente une surface conique intérieure (51) avec un très faible angle de cône. Le logement d'accouplement possède également un filetage soit pour une vis chapeau soit pour un écrou-raccord. La face extérieure de la bague de serrage (20) est conique et s'adapte sur la surface intérieure conique (51) du logement d'accouplement (46). La bague de serrage (20) possède des nervures circulaires autour de sa face intérieure, et une section longitudinale circulaire fermée à son extrémité plus étroite. Dans la section longitudinale centrale adjacente, la bague de serrage (20) présente une rainure hélicoïdale dans le sens radial, dont le sens d'enroulement est opposé à celui du filetage ménagé sur le logement d'accouplement (46). La section longitudinale est avantageusement fermée, à nouveau sous forme circulaire, à l'extrémité la plus épaisse de la bague de serrage (20). La vis chapeau (19) ou l'écrou-raccord présente une face de contact annulaire permettant le contact avec la face extérieure arrière de la bague de serrage (20).
