Die beiden hinteren Staubklappen 16 und 18 gelangen in die Aussparung 32 der beiden Schließräder 30 und werden durch deren Drehbewegung ebenfalls an den Formstempel angelegt und dann durch die Faltleisten 34 in dieser Stellung gehalten. Die Faltleisten 37 heben die Vorderwand 23 und die Rückwand 24 etwas an, so daß die aus den Heißluftdüsen 35 bzw. deren Austrittsdüsen 36 kommende Heißluft auf die Innenfläche dieser beiden mit siegelfähigem Kunststoff beschichteten Wände gelangt. Im weiteren Verlauf drücken die beiden Faltleisten 37 diese beiden Wände bis zur Anlage an den Staubklappen nach oben, wobei der eigentliche Anpreßvorgang von den anschließenden Andrückschienen 38 bzw. deren Andrückrollen 39 übernommen wird, die sich unmittelbar an die Faltleisten 37 anschließen. Der in Fig.5 dargestellte flachliegende Kartonzuschnitt 61, weist einen Bodenabschnitt 62 auf, an dem über Faltlinien 63 und 64 je ein Seitenwandabschnitt 65 bzw. 66 angelenkt ist. Darüber hinaus sind an dem Bodenabschnitt zwei Stirnwandabschnitte 67 und 68 angeformt, welche über die Faltlinien 63 und 64 auch mit den Seitenwandabschnitten 65 und 66 verbunden sind. Von den beiden Faltlinien 63 und 64 gehen je zwei weitere Faltlinien 69, 70 bzw. 71, 72 aus, durch welche Zwickelecken 73,74,75,76 zwischen den Seitenwandabschnitten und den Stirnwandabschnitten abgeteilt sind. Diese Zwickelecken 73 bis 76 und der durch die Linie 77 bzw. 78 abgeteilte Abschnitt des jeweiligen Stirnwandabschnittes 67 bzw. 68 ist auf der Außen- und der Innenseite mit einer siegelbaren Kunststoffschicht versehen, was in Fig.5 durch eine Schraffierung dargestellt ist. Zum Aufrichten dieses Kartonzuschnittes 61 in die in Fig.6 dargestellte becherförmige Schale 80, werden zuerst die beiden Seitenwandabschnitte 65 und 66 um die Faltlinien 63 und 64 durch Einpressen in die U-förmige Unterform nach oben gefaltet; dann werden die beiden Stirnwandabschnitte 67 und 68 durch die Faltschiene 51 nach oben gebogen. Nach dem Aufheizen durch die Heiluftdüsen 35 werden dann die Zwickelecken sowie die Endabschnitte der Seitenwandabschnitte durch die Schließräder 30 außen aufgefaltet, worauf alle drei Lagen durch die Andrückschienen 38 miteinander verpreßt und versiegelt werden.

Claims (6)

  1.
