Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 eine Vorrichtung bezeichnet, die eine untere Transportkette 2 mit einer Vielzahl daran befestigter U-förmiger Unterformen 3, sowie eine obere Transportkette 4 mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl an Formstempeln 5 aufweist. Auf diese U-förmigen Unterformen wird ein Kartonzuschnitt 6 aufgelegt, dessen beide einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände während des Transportes in Richtung des Pfeiles 7 durch Eintauchen des Formstempels 5 in die Unterform aufgerichtet werden. Anschließend werden auch - in nicht dargestellter Weise - die beiden anderen Seitenwände aufgefaltet, so daß die Faltschachtel den Formstempel eng umschließt. An der Oberseite steht aus dem Formstempel 5 ein Stößel 8 heraus, der an seinem oberen Ende mit einem drehbar gelagerten Ring 9 versehen ist, wobei als drehbarer Ring auch ein Kugellager vorgesehen sein kann. In Verlängerung des jeweiligen Stößels 8 ist je ein Führungsbolzen 14 angeordnet. Diese beiden Führungsbolzen 14 sind längsverschiebbar gelagert und tragen je eine Druckfeder 16, welche die Auswerfer in ihrer in den Formstempel eingezogenen Position hält. Beim Betätigen des Stößels 8 über die Schiene 10 und den Ring 9 werden - unter Zusammenpressen der Druckfedern 16 - die vier Auswerfer 12 nach unten ausgefahren und damit die Faltschachtel 11 vom Formstempel 5 gelöst. Die Faltschachtel fällt dadurch auf ein Transportband 17, von dem sie zu einer weiteren, nicht dargestellten Station, beispielsweise einer Füllstation, transportiert wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist es auch möglich, jeweils zwei der Auswerfer 12 über eine Auswerfer-Brücke (nicht dargestellt) an ihrem unteren Ende zusammenzufassen, was insbesondere bei empfindlichen Faltschachteln sehr vorteilhaft sein kann, da damit eine punktförmige Belastung des Faltschachtelbodens vermieden wird.The form stamp has - as can be seen particularly from FIG. 4 - four ejectors 12 which do not protrude from the bottom of the form stamp 5 in the idle state (right side in FIG. 3). Claims

1.
