Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Gasbrenner gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs.The invention relates to a gas burner according to the preamble of the claim.
Ein zweiteiliger Gasbrenner, insbesondere für einen Hockerkocher, bei dem die Auslaßöffnungen über die gesamte Fläche des Oberteils verteilt angeordnet sind, ist aus dem DE-GM 85 13 182 bekanntgeworden. Durch diese Maßnahmen ergibt sich eine einfache Herstellung, wobei die Auslaßöffnungen beziehungsweise die Düsen mit hoher Genauigkeit an den vorgesehenen Plätzen angeordnet werden können, so daß die vorgesehenen Achsabstände der Brennerdüsen voneinander sehr genau eingehalten werden können. Außerdem lassen sich durch das Strecktiefziehen des Oberteiles die Düsen mit hoher Genauigkeit auf gleicher Höhe anordnen, wodurch die gesamte Fläche des Düsenplattenoberseite stabilisiert wird. Weiter ergeben sich durch die weichere Ausbildung des Unterteiles Vorteile im Hinblick auf die gasdichte Verbindung der beiden Teile der Düsenplatte, da eben der Unterteil mit seinen Rändern sehr gut an den Oberteil, auch unter einer begrenzten Verformung des ersteren, angepreßt werden kann. So ist es auf diese Weise auch möglich, die beiden Teile durch eine Kragenbördelung miteinander zu verbinden, wobei durch die weichere Ausbildung des Unterteiles ein Verzug des Oberteiles vermieden werden kann.These measures result in simple manufacture, the outlet openings or the nozzles being able to be arranged in the intended places with high accuracy, so that the intended center distances of the burner nozzles from each other can be adhered to very precisely.
