Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung eines Verschlusses (3) mit einem Behälter (1) mit Hals (2) aus Kunststoff, auf dem eine Garantiekappe (8) sitzt, wobei der genannte Verschluß (3) Mittel (25) zum axialen Hineindrücken der genannten Kappe (8) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Verschluß (3) eine Verschlußkapsel (3) mit einer am genannten Hals zu befestigenden Basis oder Unterteil (4) und einem zu öffnenden Teil (5) oder Deckel ist, der zu der genannten Basis geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann, wenn diese an dem Hals befestigt ist, daß der genannte Deckel (5) mit den genannten Mitteln (25) zum axialen Hineindrücken der genannten Garantiekappe (8) versehen ist und daß die genannte Basis (4) und der genannte Hals (2) einerseits komplementäre Einschnappmittel (28 und 15) aufweisen, wobei dieses Einschnappen erst beginnt, wenn das Hineindrücken mit maximalem Druck der Mittel (25) zum Hineindrücken in die genannte Garantiekappe (8) bereits begonnen hat, und andererseits unterhalb der genannten Einschnappmittel (28 und 15) komplementäre Verschraubmittel (32 und 18) aufweisen, wobei die genannten Einschnapp- und Verschraubmittel (28 und 15, 32 und 18) den Bruch der Garantiekappe (8) und sodann ihr Hineindrücken in den genannten Hals (2) ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die genannte Kapsel (3) aus härterem Kunststoff ist als der genannte Hals (2) und die genannte Kappe (8).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Einschnappmittel (28) der genannten Basis (4) eine kegelstumpfförmige Eingriffsfläche (30) um das Einschnappmittel (15) des genannten Halses (2) herum aufweist, wodurch ein stetiges Steigern der Einschnappkraft ermöglicht wird, und bei der das Einschnappmittel (28) und Verschraubmittel (32) der genannten Basis (4) innen auf einem axialen Innenkranz (31) der genannten Basis (4) sitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der das genannte Einschnappmittel (15) des Halses (2) eine Rippe (15) ist, die sich in einen zylindrischen Innenabschnitt (27) des genannten Kranzes (31) der genannten Basis (4) drückt, wobei der Abschnitt (27) sich in Schließstellung der genannten Kapsel (3) nach Bruch der genannten Kappe (8) über dem genannten Einschnappmittel (28) dieser Basis (4) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der das Verschraubmittel (18) des Halses (2) direkt auf das Verschraubmittel (32) der Basis (4) in eingeschnappter Position folgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die genannte Basis (4) einen Außenmantel (33) hat, in dessen Inneren Abschraub-Blockiermittel (34) sitzen, die nach Einschnappen mit komplementären Mitteln (22) zusammenwirken, die an dem Absatz (19) des genannten Behälters (1) sitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die genannten Abschraub-Blockiermittel (34 und 22) aus Innenrippen (34) des genannten Mantels (33) bzw. aus Sperrzähnen (22) an der Seitenfläche (20) des genannten Absatzes (19) bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die genannten Innenrippen (34) und die genannten Sperrzähne (22) zusammenwirken, sobald die eingeschnappte Position erreicht ist, und dadurch eine Drehung in Einschraubrichtung verhindern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, bei der sich das untere Ende des genannten Außenmantels (33) über dem genannten Absatz (19) des genannten Behälters (1) befindet, wenn dieser in Einschnapposition vor dem Einschrauben ist, wobei dieser Mantel (33) dann ein auf dem genannten Absatz (19) sitzendes Kontrollzeichen (20) dafür sichtbar macht, daß die genannte Kapsel (3) nicht hineingedrückt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die genannte Garantiekappe (8) über ihrem zertrennbaren Bereich (9) einen nach außen gewölbten ringförmigen Abschnitt (10) mit einem Außendurchmesser, der um 0,1 bis 0,4 mm größer ist als der Durchmesser der Endöffnung (7) des genannten Halses (2), und über dem genannten ringförmigen Abschnitt (10) einen ringförmigen Rand (11) aufweist, der sowohl als Anschlag beim Hineindrücken der Kapsel (3, 5) in die Kappe (8) als auch als Auflage für diese Kappe (8) am Ende des Halses (2) bei erneutem Verschließen dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die genannten Mittel (25) zum Eindrücken der genannten Garantiekappe (8) Schneidrippen (25) sind, die in einem offenen, axialen Kanal (24) der genannten Verschlußkapsel (3 und 5) sitzen und abgeschrägte Kanten mit einer Dicke von 0,1 bis 0,3 mm haben, die einen kreisförmigen, zylindrischen Abschnitt (12) der genannten Kappe (8) einschneiden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kappe (8), wenn diese gebrochen und von der Kapsel (3) eingeschlossen ist, bei jedem Schließen der Kapsel (32) als Mittel zum dichten Verschließen des Behälters (1) dient.
