Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Einstellung der Druckrädchen eines Frankiermaschinenkopfes, wobei der Kopf (1) von einem Sockel (2) abnehmbar ist und eine Drucktrommel (11) aufweist, die mit den Druckrädchen (15) ausgerüstet ist und von einem vorderen Ende einer Hülse (12) getragen wird, deren hinteres Ende über die Rückseite des Kopfes vorsteht, wobei der Sockel einen vorderen Aufnahmeplatz für den Kopf besitzt und einen Antriebsmechanismus, eine Steuerschaltungskarte (24), die an den Antriebsmechanismus gekoppelt ist, und eine drehbare Spindel (22) aufweist, die an den Antriebsmechanismus gekoppelt ist und teilweise in den Aufnahmeplatz für den Kopf hineinragt, um in die Hülse einzudringen und die Trommel anzutreiben, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist:
    - eine Motoreinheit (40), bestehend aus mindestens einem Steuermotor und mindestens einem treibenden Ritzel, das an die Steuerkarte gekoppelt und im Sockel montiert ist,
    - eine Vielzahl von angetriebenen Ritzeln (42), die je an eines der verschiedenen Druckrädchen angekoppelt sind, mit dem es in den Kopf eingebaut ist,
    - eine Vielzahl von Gleitstäben (44) mit einem vorderen (62) und einem hinteren gezahnten Bereich (60), die im Kopf montiert sind, wobei der vordere gezahnte Bereich jedes Stabes in Eingriff mit einem der angetriebenen Ritzel steht und auf dieses eine von der Motoreinheit empfangene Bewegung überträgt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - die Motoreinheit (40) im Sockel (2) in einem Schnittstellenraum (43) knapp hinter dem vorderen Aufnahmeplatz (1A) für den Kopf (1) und an der Peripherie der Spindel (22) und der mit der Spindel in Eingriff stehenden Hülse (12) montiert ist, und
    - die hinteren gezahnten Bereiche (60) der Gleitstäbe (41) mindestens teilweise über die Rückseite des Kopfes vorstehen und mit dem hinteren Ende der Hülse im Sockel (2) in Eingriff stehen, wodurch die Motoreinheit (40) mit den hinteren gezahnten Bereichen der Stäbe in Eingriff kommen kann und im Sockel (2) eine Steuerschnittstelle zum Einstellen der Rädchen des Kopfes (1) bildet.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerschnittstelle von einer Nabe (50) getragen wird, die um die Hülse (12) drehbar im Schnittstellenraum (43) auf der Spindel (22) gelagert und durch einen Winkelrichtungsmotor (57) der Schnittstelle angetrieben wird, der im Sockel montiert und an die Steuerkarte (24) gekoppelt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (50) einen Zahnkranz (55) aufweist, der senkrecht, parallel zur vorderen und zur hinteren Wand des Sockels angeordnet ist und dessen Verzahnung in Eingriff mit einem Ritzel (56) steht, das vom Winkelrichtungsmotor (57) angetrieben wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zahnkranz (55) auf einem Abschnitt seiner Peripherie verzahnt ist, um eine mögliche Schwenkbewegung der Steuerschnittstelle in einer Stellung gegenüber den hinteren gezahnten Bereichen sowie seine Rückkehr in eine Ruheposition zum Aufsetzen des Kopfes auf den Sockel (2) außerhalb des hinteren gezahnten Bereichs (60) der Gleitstäbe aufweist, die nur einen Teil der Peripherie der Hülse besetzen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerschnittstelle (40) eine einzigen Steuermotor (M) zum Einstellen der verschiedenen Rädchen nacheinander aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerschnittstelle (40) mehrere einzelne Motoren in einer Anzahl aufweist, die einem Untervielfachen der Anzahl der Rädchen entspricht, die einer gleichen Funktion zugewiesen sind und im Falle der einen Rädchen Frankierbetragsrädchen und im Falle der anderen Rädchen Datumsrädchen sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerschnittstelle (40) ebensoviele einzelne Motoren (M1-M6) aufweist, wie es Druckrädchen gibt, die in der Maschine einer gleichen Funktion zugewiesen sind und im Falle der einen Rädchen Frankierbetragsrädchen und im Falle der anderen Rädchen Datumsrädchen sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerschnittstelle (40) eine Kaskade treibender Ritzel (46A, 46B, 46C) aufweist, die je einen Motor an den hinteren gezahnten Bereich des entsprechenden Gleitstabes ankoppelt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Motoren (M1-M6) und die entsprechenden Kaskaden (46) von treibenden Ritzeln fächerförmig über die Peripherie der Hülse auf der Spindel verteilt und von sechs an der Nabe (50) befestigten Halterungsteilen (52P1-52P6) für sechs Druckrädchen der gleichen Frankierbetrags- oder Datumsfunktion getragen werden, wobei die sechs Halterungsteile parallel zu den sechs Gleitstäben die Rädchen gleicher Funktion verlaufen und die Stäbe als an die Schnittstelle gekoppelt betrachtet werden, wobei jedes Halterungsteil eine Stützebene für den betreffenden Motor (M) sowie die Befestigungsebene der Kaskade der antreibenden Ritzel (46A, 46B, 46C) definiert, die diesem Motor zugeordnet und in die Ebene des betreffenden hinteren gezahnten Bereichs (60) gebracht ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sechs Halterungsbleche (52P1-52P6) mit den einzelnen Motoren und den Kaskaden (46) der treibenden Ritzel paarweise identisch und zu beiden Seiten einer Symmetrieebene (P) angeordnet sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kaskaden (46) der antreibenden Ritzel jeweils drei Ritzel aufweisen, von denen das eine ein Motorritzel (46A), ein zweites am hinteren gezahnten Bereich der Gleitstäbe angreifendes Ritzel (46C) und das dritte ein Zwischenritzel (46B) ist, wobei von einer Kaskade zur anderen die angreifenden Ritzel (46C₁-C₆) einander gleichen und die Winkelteilung der hinteren gezahnten Bereiche der Gleitstäbe für die Rädchen der gleichen Funktion identisch ist und die einander gleichen Motorritzel (46A₁-A₆) sowie die Zwischenritzel (46B₁-B₆) die Funktion des Ankoppelns der Motorritzel an die angreifenden Ritzel erfüllen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiter Zusatzdruckrädchen aufweist, die von der Drucktrommel (11) getragen und der automatischen Steuerung zusätzlicher Druckeinrichtungen zugeordnet sind, die von der Trommel getragen werden oder dieser zugeordnet sind, wobei diesen Rädchen angetriebene zusätzliche Ritzel (42S) auf diesen zusätzlichen Rädchen sowie zusätzliche und neben den Gleitstäben für die Frankierbetrags- und Datumsdruckrädchen liegende Gleitstäbe (41S) zum Einstellen der zusätzlichen Rädchen durch die Schnittstellenschaltung (40) entsprechen.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkelrichtungsmotor (57) verschiedene mögliche Richtungspositionen (PA, PD, PS, PI) der Schnittstelle für die Einstellungen der Rädchen der verschiedenen Funktionen und für die Montage oder Demontage des abnehmbaren Kopfes definiert.
