Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Positionierung der Typenräder (5) im Kopf (2) einer Frankiermaschine, der von einem Sockel (1) abgenommen werden kann und eine die Typenräder (5) enthaltende Drucktrommel (4) aufweist, wobei ein Steuermodul (17) für die Positionierung jedes Typenrads (5) im Sockel (1) vorgesehen ist und mehrere von außen steuerbare Motoren (M1, M2, M3, M4 usw.) enthält, nämlich einen Motor (M3) je zu positionierendes Typenrad (5), wobei jeder dieser Motoren mindestens ein zugeordnetes, treibendes Ritzel (R3) ebenfalls im Sockel antreibt, das mit einer kinematischen Zahn-radkette (20) im Kopf (2) in Eingriff kommen kann und auf ein mit dem zu positionierenden Typenrad (5) fest verbundenes angetriebenes Zahnrad (23) einwirkt, und wobei die kinematische Kette (20) Ritzel (19, 21, 22) enthält, die eine Folge von drehbaren Zahnrädern bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:. die treibenden Ritzel (R3) koaxial und parallel angeordnet sind und insgesamt ein Block (16) mit praktisch zylindrischem Umriß bilden, während die Motoren (M1, M2, M3, M4 usw.) entlang eines Kreisbogens um diesen Block (16) herum angeordnet sind und mit diesem den Positioniersteuermodul (17) bilden;. der Steuermodul (17) zwischen einer rückwärtigen Ruhestellung, in der die treibenden Ritzel (R3) von den jeweiligen im Kopf (2) enthaltenen kinematischen ketten (20) entkoppelt und entfernt sind, und einer vorderen Stellung geschwenkt werden kann, in der diese treibenden Ritzel (R3) mit diesen kinematischen Ketten (20) im Eingriff stehen;. und daß der Steuermodul (17) auf einem oder mehreren elastischen Trägern (29, 30) montiert ist, der die Verbindung mit dessen Schwenkachse (18) gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuermodul (17) mindestens einen Zentrierfinger (31) enthält, der bezüglich der treibenden Ritzel (R3) in Richtung zum Kopf (2) hin vorsteht und in eine längliche entsprechende Öffnung (33) einer Lasche (4A) der Trommel (4) eindringt, wenn der Modul (17) in die vordere Eingriffsstellung geschwenkt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Zentrierfinger (31) auch auf eine Entriegelungsvorrichtung (45, 43) für die Typenräder (5) einwirkt, wenn der Modul (17) in der vorderen Eingriffsstellung ist und der Finger in die längliche Öffnung (33) eingedrungen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motoren (M1, M2, M3, M4 usw.) zu beiden Seiten des praktisch zylindrischen Blocks (16) angeordnet sind und daß die Motoren auf jeder Seite des Blocks gegeneinander versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Träger des Steuermoduls (17) aus zwei elastischen Lamellen (29, 30) bestehen, die V-förmig angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kippen des Moduls (17) in kontrollierter Weise mit Hilfe eines Antriebssystems (34, 41) vom Typ Schraube-Mutter (38, 41) erfolgt.
