Claims (9)

1. Vorrichtung zur automatischen Winkeleinstellung einer Mehrzahl von rotierenden schaltbaren Maschinenteilen, mit:
- einem gemeinsamen Schaltsteuer-Zahnrad (37), das mit einem Schaltsteuer-Zylinderschaft (39) fest verbunden ist, der parallel zur Achse der rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) verläuft,
- einer primären Schaltsteuer-Rotationsspindel (41), die aus einer Zylinderbuchse besteht, die einen Käfig für Kugeln (42) bildet, in dessen Bohrung der Schaft zu gleiten und sich zu drehen vermag,
- einem Lager (44) für die primäre Rotationsspindel (41), das von einem ausschließlich in der Richtung der Anordnung der rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) verstellbaren Lagerbock (47) aufgenommen ist, und dessen Bohrung eine Ringnut (45) bildet, wobei die Kugeln (42) teilweise in diese Ringnut sowie in schraubenförmige Nuten (46) eingesetzt sind, welche auf der Zylinderoberfläche des Schafts ausgebildet sind,
- einem elektrischen Schrittmotor (18), dessen Welle (84) drehantreibend mit der primären Schaltsteuer-Rotationsspindel (41) verbunden ist,
- Blockierzapfen (31a, 31 b, 31 c, 31d) die jeweils biegsam gegen die Zähne der rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d), diese belastend angelegt sind,
- einer Einrichtung (65) zum zeitweisen Drehblockieren des Schaltungssteuer-Schafts (39),
- einer Einrichtung (35) zum zeitweisen Verschiebeblockieren des Schaltsteuer-Schafts (39),
- einer Einrichtung (73) zum zeitweisen Zurückschieben des Blockierbolzens (31 a, 31 b, 31c, 31d) des ausgewählten, in Eingriff mit dem gemeinsamen Schaltsteuer-Zahnrad (37) befindlichen rotierenden schaltbaren Teils (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d), und zum gleichzeitigen winkelmäßigen Verriegeln der weiteren rotierenden schaltbaren Teile, und
- einer Einrichtung (55, 56, 57, 58) zum Steuern der Verstellungen des Lagerbocks (47), die einen einzigen Elektromagneten umfaßt,

wobei diese Einrichtung dazu ausgelegt ist, den Lagerbock (47) in eine erste Stellung zu verstellen, in welcher die Drehung des Schrittmotors (18) zum Auswählen des zu schaltenden rotierenden Teils (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) eine Axialverstellung des Schafts (39) und des drehblockierten gemeinsamen Zahnrads (37) auslöst, oder in eine zweite Stellung, in welcher die Drehung des Schrittmotors (18) zum Schalten des ausgewählten rotierenden Teils eine Drehung des Schafts (39) und des verschiebeblockierten gemeinsamen Zahnrads (37) auslöst.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) aus einzelnen, koaxialen Steuer-Zahnrädern zum Werteinstellen von Druckrädern (21 a, 21 b, 21 c, 21 d) einer Postfrankiermaschine bestehen, die umfaßt: ein Gestell (1), eine Hauptdrehspindel (2), die in dem Gestell drehgelagert ist, eine Drucktrommel (3), die von der Spindel getragen ist, und in der die Druckräder (21 a, 21 b, 21 c, 21 d) auf einer Querachse (22) drehgelagert sind und Zahnkammräder (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d) tragen, von denen jedes im Eingriff mit einer entsprechenden ersten Zahnstange (24a, 24b, 24c, 24d) steht, die längsverschieblich in der Hauptspindel gelagert ist, wohingegen eine zweite längsgerichtete Zahnstange (27a, 27b, 27c, 27d) fest mit jeder der ersten Zahnstangen verbunden ist und im Eingriff mit einem der einzelnen koaxialen Werteinstell-Steuerzahnrädern (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) steht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum zeitweisen ausschließlichen Drehblockieren des Schaltsteuer-Schafts (39) aus einer feststehenden Führung (66) besteht, die parallel zu dem Schaltsteuer-Schaft eine Nut (65) aufweist, und in der ein Zahn des gemeinsamen Schaltsteuer-Zahnrads (37) eingreift, wenn jener nicht gegen eines der rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) im Eingriff anliegt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum zeitweisen ausschließlichen Verschiebeblockieren des Schaltsteuer-Schafts (39) aus Scheiben (35) besteht, welche zwischen die rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) eingesetzt sind und deren Außendurchmesser dem Frankierdurchmesser der rotierenden Teile entspricht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum zeitweisen Zurückschieben des Blockierbolzens (31 a, 31 b, 31 c, 31 d) der rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d), die wahlweise im Eingriff stehen mit dem gemeinsamen Schaltsteuer-Zahnrad (37) sowie zum gleichzeitigen winkelmäßigen Verriegeln der weiteren rotierenden schaltbaren Teile jeweils aus einem Vorsprung (79) besteht, der dazu ausgelegt ist, jeweilige Verlängerungen (81 a, 81 b, 81 c, 81 d) der Blockierbolzen zurückzuschieben, sowie aus Zahnabschnitten (77, 78), die dazu ausgelegt sind, in diejenigen Zähne der rotierenden schaltbaren Teile einzugreifen, mit denen das gemeinsame Schaltsteuer-Zahnrad (37) nicht im Eingriff steht, wobei der Vorsprung und die Zahnabschnitte zu einer Abdeckkappe (73) gehören, deren Seitenteile (71, 72) von dem Schaltsteuer-Schaft (39) durchquert sind und das gemeinsame Schaltsteuer-Zahnrad (37) umschließen, wobei die Abdeckkappe eine Rippe (74) aufweist, die ungehindert ständig in eine Nut (65) einer feststehenden Führung (66) eingreift, die sich parallel zu dem Schaltsteuer-Schaft erstreckt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum zeitweisen ausschließlichen Verschiebeblockieren des Schaltsteuer-Schafts (39) zusätzlich die Seitenflächen der Zahnabschnitte (77, 78) umfaßt, die mit entsprechenden Seitenflächen der Scheiben (35) zusammenwirken, welche zwischen den rotierenden schaltbaren Teilen (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) eingesetzt sind.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen der primären Schaltsteuer-Spindel (41) und der Welle (84) des Schrittmotors (18) der rotierenden schaltbaren Teile aus einem Kreuzgelenk, wie etwa einem Oldham-Gelenk oder einem Cardangelenk besteht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Zähne des gemeinsamen Schaltsteuer-Zahnrads (37) zehn beträgt, und daß die Ganghöhe der schraubenförmigen Nuten (46) der Verbindung zwischen der primären Schaltungssteuer-Rotationsspindel (41) und der Welle (84) des Schrittmotor (18) das Zehnfache des Abstands zwischen den geometrischen Mittenebenen der beiden benachbarten rotierenden schaltbaren Teile (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) beträgt.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung in Postfrankiermaschinen.
